I would rate no stars.... Real POS sold MY family and I (two kids under two) a 2007 Explorer low miles that was great from the outside& inside..... underneath looked like the titanic... Everything so rusted through, surprised it even drove we paid cash 9500 then we brought back after we had it on a lift and the only way he would give my $ back was if I bought something else.. Sticker priced me on a 2011 Ford 120k miles.
Kelly blue booked me 5k HIGHER then what the car is worth... CASH again.... then bragged he (might be able to save me tag on both vehicles.) Stay away you've been WARNED!!! He put that Explorer back on the lot that night! Norm Smith said he had no knowledge of the rust underneath but I tried to show him pics and he wouldn't even look at them!!! BAD BUSINESS.

I bought a 2014 dodge ram limited. Still have it running strong, i have owned it in April of 2024 for 3 years. Very friendly service, very good quality vechicles. I'm very glad I chose to come back an buy from them. Will definitely buy again from them in the future.

Bought a vehicle here 2 years ago on the recommendation of a friend. Super satisfied with the car, Norm and the guys, and the service was exceptional. I have recommended them to other friends. If I need another vehicle, I will return here - no question! One may not see many customers on the lot because they can sell the right vehicle, by word of mouth, at an honest price out the door!!

I've bought 2 trucks from this dealership and they've been in excellent condition. I had a problem with the fuel pump on the first vehicle after a few days and they fixed it. I will definitely buy from them in the future.

Buyers Beware!!!! Hide issues from us. When we called to deal with it. They never got back to us.Cracked windshield that we could not see. Broken ball joints. I am not happy at all with this place. two month's later. No call back or response. ?

I honestly cannot say enough about this dealership and the people that work there. Let's start with the experience walking in. Extremely friendly but not in a pushy way at all. Laid back and honest. They only purchase quality used cars to sell in their dealership. Not wrecks no rebuilt titles no multiple owners. They were my last stop of the day after hitting several dealerships looking at the same particular vehicle, not only was the vehicle they had far superior to the others I had looked at that day with all the extra feature's it included, it was also 2000 less that the competition with only one owner. The financing was a breeze with an amazingly low interest rate. No buy here pay here and while you're at it pay double BS. I am in awe of how great this experience was and will be returning next time I need a vehicle. Thank you Norm and son.
