While they weren't the most experienced people with auto parts they were extremely good with customer service cuz they were very helpful. Not to mention I did the shopping price and they beat everybody else and it was closer to my house so win-win

They won’t do anything for you unless you have a receipt…. So why do I have to give you my number for a warranty if I have to have to have a receipt to do anything and then you try to say well that’s what the store manager tells us to do “store manager won’t allow us to do anything without a physical paper receipt and we can’t look up when you purchased it because that would be reprinting your receipt.” ……What?

Worst customer service ever! Won’t give me a refund on a bad part they sold me! They say I have to have paper receipt smh guess the computer info don’t matter.

I had called this location last week looking for a specific part to replace on my '09 Trailblazer. NAPA does not carry that part but the woman on the phone began searching for where I could find it and the price of the part, including with competitors. (It could only be found on-line.) It is exceptional service like this that always has me coming to NAPA. The high quality and selection of parts are the other reason.

I like napa, the only issue is their prices are higher than the other parts stores and they are only open till 6.

Barbara, the Assistant Manager at the 6801 NW 50th StBethany, OK 73008 went above and beyond customer service expectations. I worked customer service years ago. She gave me advice and helped me locate the item I needed. Her assistance involved giving me advice on how to solve the problem after I requested her opinion. She also called 2 stores outside of her company and arranged for the item to be held until I could pick it up. I sincerely hope she is rewarded for her efforts. It's no wonder she is in Management!Definitely 5 star service! Also, congratulationsto the ones who trained Barbara.
