I walked into the phone shop and the gentleman was very helpful and thorough in making sure everything was addressed. “Friday 1/19/2024 I stopped in the Verizon store. Of the 3 Verizon stores Hunter at the Mustang Verizon store location was the only employee to show me a phone that would pay off my previous phone up to $200. So not only did I do that but I spent far less then I planned on. I also didn't have to wait to file a claim on my previous phone that I didn't know if it would last much longer. Hunter was very helpful and amazing.”

“Loved my experience here. I didn't buy anything yet however they work on not just computers but TVs and I even saw some consoles. Prices were nice and reasonable for the computers I saw. There was a senior in high school working who was very knowledgeable said he had been there since he was a freshman. Highly recommend if you are into electronics at all!”

“The staff is great, they’ve always been very helpful, caught over charges, helped resolve various issues. ATT however is less impressive. Got an active service member with an unexpected deployment overseas? Tough luck-add another $100 a month to your bill as if it’s not expensive enough already. Apparently it only works if they’re paid, if not it I guess the towers cease to function in that part of the world. Drop the ‘we support our service members’ act AT&T, you absolutely do not.”

“My daughters and I came to upgrade a phone and switch numbers, we were helped by Johnathan. He was so IMPRESSIVE, INFORMATIVE AND PERSONABLE. He was able to review my account for inaccurate charges since I moved from Sprint and explain the benefits of being with T-Mobile now, told me about the current promotions and help me decide on which phone would be a better deal, ALL while playing a game of hangman with one of my daughters and listen to the other talk about middle school drama. He provided excellent customer service. Fast forward an hour later, I forgot to tell Jonathan that I did not have a sim card for the older phone we activated. We went back to the store, this time with my teenage son in tow. He was with another customer but when he finished, he came straight to help us again with a smile and set the SIM card quickly. He then engrossed my teenage son in conversation too. Jonathan mentioned he was heading to lunch when he saw us but wanted to make sure everything was done correctly on his part. THIS GUY IS AMAZING!”
