Caution with these people !!! They tell you higher prices to scam you out of extra money . I went in today to activate my new phone the Indian guy said it was 30 to 40 dollars and when I told him it says it's 25.00 he got very rude , I went right to another metro pcs store and told the lady what happen she said it's 25.00 plus the 2.00 tax . I hope they stop these stores trying to scam customers and then want to be rude when we confront them . I've changed my personal phone to another company and hopefully my son will too soon . Not cool

Thanks to Ash Raf for the best service, This is the BEST metro I know that helps you with anything you need I have other metro pcs near my house but I dont mind driving all the way here cause I know I always get help, I always look for Ash Raf he is very friendly and helpfull!

There was an issue with another fee on top of my replacement fee. It was fixed but it took over 45 minutes and a VERY long phone call. Thank you for the phone reps help!!!!

This store in Bethany Oklahoma is absolutely phenomenal I have personally got the honor of dealing with Ashraf on cell phone customer service issues numerous times and he is quick and fast and massively efficient on getting my problem taking care of especially in a timely fashion this store is by far my favorite MetroPCS store with amazing outstanding customer service
I am very grateful for this company and the service I have and again I recommend this particular store if you are looking for good and fast friendly customer service experience

I had a huge problem that never got resolved, to begin with at this location, every time I go , there's always someone complaining about the service , the manager was trying to sell me a tablet for 10 dollars , and something was sketchy about this since I bought one before and it was around 30 bucks so I was like no I don't want another tablet , and the guy keep bugging until I said no and thats it , and he said he would rise my bill and I received a message saying I had to pay 10 dollars more , and I said okay just give it to me because he said he already put it in my account and he was not able to fix it , I went to another metro and they explained me that they lowered my bill to a plan with no Amazon prime , added 2 tablets when they only provided me with one , I went back to this location and some dude said that it was not his fault I said yes to something clearly I was pressured to do and if I wanted a refund I needed both the tablets when I only got one I called customer service and they told to have them on the phone , clerk told me to f off that they where not corporate and they can't do anything about my problem , horrible experience!!! I went to another location and canceled everything that was performed in my account and got back my Amazon plan If you had a bad experience please put a review so they can shut down this location for God sake

This location is the absolute worst. I told the man exactly which phone I wanted and he proceeded to pressure me into buying a different phone and trying to throw in empty handed upgrades and accessories. I walked out but my husband stayed behind and he successfully pressured my husband into getting the phone I didn't want and Surprise Surprise no upgrades and no accessories so this was an absolute storm out screaming causing arguments between me and husband experience. A few days later I tried again so I could go get the case I was promised and never got. When I went back for the case the same guy was attempting to pressure me into buying a flimsy glitter case when I wanted something that resembled an otter box case ... He should not be allowed to work in any establishment because why are you telling me what I "really" want when I already told you what I wanted. Also come to find out he added a new account and messed up my pin that has been my pin for as long as I have been with the company and he snuck in extra fees causing me to get locked out of my account and having to take time out of my work day to figure out why my phone wasn't on after I already paid my regular bill. Only to be told he added more to my bill without permission. I will never go back to this location id rather eat water with a fork before I have to deal with that I'm imbecile again

False information, they charge too much and they are thieves, they steal from people and lie to us. I went to another store thinking it had 2 lines and it turned out that it had more than 6. I do not recommend
