“This is the best ups store I've used. I have never had to wait, the store is always nice and clean, well organized and plenty of staff on duty. I've never had a bad experience and I've used them quite a bit. I would say that they have very good customer service.”
“Zoey and her team are absolutely incredible! They are hardworking, patient, fun to interact with, honest, fair, and convenient. I live not too far from here. UPS helps running my small business so easy and straightforward. I already have a lot going on in my life and knowing that I can depend on them for all of my needs is validating and reassuring, knowing that I am taken care of and can focus on my business without worry. When I need something done, they get it taken care of. I know a lot of people who prefer going to places like FedEx because it's cheaper but I just don't get the same amount of care and attention that UPS gives me. I think their prices are very fair for what you're getting. I prefer to spend a few extra bucks on a service that gets the job done right. You really do get what you pay for. As long as I live in this area, I will continue to do my business, personal and professional, at this particular UPS with Zoey and her team. Keep up the great works, y'all!”
