“Zoey and her team are absolutely incredible! They are hardworking, patient, fun to interact with, honest, fair, and convenient. I live not too far from here. UPS helps running my small business so easy and straightforward. I already have a lot going on in my life and knowing that I can depend on them for all of my needs is validating and reassuring, knowing that I am taken care of and can focus on my business without worry. When I need something done, they get it taken care of. I know a lot of people who prefer going to places like FedEx because it's cheaper but I just don't get the same amount of care and attention that UPS gives me. I think their prices are very fair for what you're getting. I prefer to spend a few extra bucks on a service that gets the job done right. You really do get what you pay for. As long as I live in this area, I will continue to do my business, personal and professional, at this particular UPS with Zoey and her team. Keep up the great works, y'all!”

“Justin, the man at the location I visited today in OKC was SO HELPFUL. I had my two young kids (2 years and younger) with me and he was kind enough to help me carry in the giant box I needed to return, as well as help me print the label in order to ship it off. He was friendly & very kind to do his job above & beyond!”

“Awesome place n people very super place to send n receive packages (the fact it's close to home is a tremendous help to) it's well worth the price if you live at western oaks TRUST ME ON THISvery helpful staff very friendly staff the only thing I would improve on is being open at least a little more on Saturday but it work's the carrier's just need to adjust”
