My partner brought in her car yesterday to have the A/C fixed. She had been scheduled to have it worked that day. They told her they would call her when the repairs were completed, but it got to around 5 and they hadn’t called us. We went over there before they closed and we were advised that they never got to working on my partner’s car and also another car. Why? Well according to a guy we spoke with, a “friend” of his came in and asked to have his car worked on, and the mechanic just started working on it and one thing led to another which caused some delays, then apparently another walk in came in and he decided to work on that car (and not my partner’s car and the other car that was also scheduled). Once again, one thing led to another and even more delays to where this mechanic never got around to my partner’s car nor the other person’s car, both which were scheduled prior to these two walk-ins.
This is beyond *UNPROFESSIONAL* behavior on the part of Madison Motors and you can’t tell me with a straight face that this was good customer service from Madison Motors. You have two vehicles that were pre-scheduled for work and y’all decide to just work on two walk ins before them? Totally uncalled for, it’s poor customer service, and not even the least bit professional. Your mechanic didn’t even offer to knock a significant chunk of the final bill down, which would have been the decent and just thing to do. I hope Madison Motors will be more considerate of their customers’ time in the future, because we sure as hell didn’t experience that yesterday.

Great shop & dealer. Have had work done there on my truck as well as I have bought a vehicle here. Work was done in a timely manner and well done. Car purchased is a very nice car and a great deal.

I will definitely be taking my Corvette here from now on. Felt like part of the family while I was there and definitely don't try to charge you an arm and a leg for repairs.

Repair costs were much lower than competitors. Staff is friendly and provides information! I traded in my old car for a bigger SUV at a GREAT deal. Also, highly recommended to me by two friends whose vehicles have been taken care of by Madison Motors for decades!
