As an update I contacted L&L and they apologized for the issues and contacted my contractor to offer assistance in resolving the issue. Fortunately, I already had a contractor hired to do a bathroom remodel and he was able to clean up the sheetrock to make it look good. Kudos to L&L though for making an attempt.

L & L installed my bathroom countertop. They came out and measured, gave me a quote and then came out one more time and installed the countertop. They had the sink holes already cut when they came out to install and they cut the faucet holes at my home to make sure they fit well. They were very efficient and did a great... read full comment
