“As an update I contacted L&L and they apologized for the issues and contacted my contractor to offer assistance in resolving the issue. Fortunately, I already had a contractor hired to do a bathroom remodel and he was able to clean up the sheetrock to make it look good. Kudos to L&L though for making an attempt.”

“It's a discount store for household/garage/do-it-yourself people. Sure some items are built cheap, but the price is to match. While I've had my fair share of underwhelming products here, surprisingly enough there are some really good products as well. The best way to shop here is to sign up for their coupons, membership and buy during big sales events. Budget friendly, website gives you locations for products, staff is friendly, easy in and out service.”

“They knew exactly what i was talking about....but they don't carry jewelry loupes. Another store would have given me a little song and dance.... rather than just say..... "We don't carry that item". I don't have any problems with this store.”

Still found what I needed, but then had to find someone to unlock the cabinet to get what I needed. wonder if we the people start charging these companies for our lost time and wages... What could've been a 5-10 minute trip took over a half hour. Still the store is great.”
“It's a good hardware store. I snuck in 8 minutes before closing to get 2 items. The staff was nice but you could tell they weren't happy with my 7:52pm arrival time. In all fairness to them I would be perturbed too. So, I hold nothing against there lack of enthusiasm. Westlake Ace in general has higher prices than a big box store but the knowledge of the crew sets them apart. I will come back just not at closing time. Footnote. Unlike some other places they always have what I need in stock. No day trips to other stores around the city when you visit this place.”
“I'll say this first of all since I can't reply to it directly, the review by L Austin is a flagrant lie. I was in the store that day myself and heard everything that went down. They first started off with snapping their fingers at the bald gentleman like he were a dog just to get his attention, and he even went to their backroom to get retrieve what they requested. I know because he ended up assistingme right after. The girl spent several minutes with them over the accessories they were trying to find and spoke with respect. And at the end of it all, a lady, holding what I assume was a dog walked up to the two, said something, stormed off and I overheard the female employee bid them a good day still, but you could hear the frustration in her voice. The behavior of this couple was arrogant and repugnant at best.”

“Best place to buy just about anything and everything for your home or rental property. Everyone there is willing to help and go the extra mile no matter what it is. The young lady behind the counter did the impossible and dug up a receipt that I had given up on finding myself. She went back almost 60 days and found a cash receipt for me. Great effort and diligence because there was no CC or debit card numbers to use a computer to search. She did it without being put out over it. I really appreciate everyone there. Just great all around people.”
“The prices here are competitive and I was able to find the things I needed here. I’ve been going to this Home Depot for a while now and it was conveniently close. I was ordering some hardware for a fence project for a neighbor and they had the supplies lined up for me to come over and het it. Not a bad place overall!”

“I've been going to this Ace Hardware, in particular, most of my life, and it is still the same way. It's always been for the most part. I've never had any problems finding what I needed for my projects at my property, and the customer service has always been above reasonable. I would recommend the place over Home Depot or lowes Any Day of the Week as long as they have what you need.You can also go online and see.M c they're updated inventory any time, day or night.”
