When you have issues Fed Ex has decided they will make it impossible to.find any resolution once the package has is shipped. It seems the only thing you can do is wait for the package to be sent back to the original shipper. Then you have to hope that no one has stolen or fraudulently sign for your package. AI and automations have ruined good customer service and problem solving.

Much better experience going here than to the post office. It’s worth the extra money. Sometimes it’s even cheaper with smart post. Staff always seems eager to help is very knowledgeable.

I was looking for a business where I could use a printer. I ;looked up kinkos and all of thr locations appeared to be offered in conjunction with fed ex. I was thrilled that there was one located ina nearby walgreen. It turned out to be a Kiosk for printing photos only, which wasn't what i needed/ That's fine, but the listing should be a bit more clear.
