No follow up didn’t even turn in the estimate to the insurance company. I waited for months because they said they were back logged to find out they had not did a thing to even start the claim. I’m not doing business with this company period.

First thing I notice is the cleanliness: excellent.Second is their greeting and how front staff treats customers: ExcellentAnd on and on: Everything was top 2%Just my opinion. Haven't had any work done, yet!They work with your insurance carrier. They use only vehicle specific parts. If you do have a deductible, they expect you to come up with that. You bought the insurance policy not Collision Works, no in house financing.Overall a great experience!I will go there if given the opportunity. Wish they were closer to my house. I'm from SE Norman. Maybe they will branch out.

There was a stain or spill in the back of my suv when I got it back and the utility rail is now loose, like they tried to just yank it around instead of using the buttons to make it move, plus they left everything in the back of my car a mess. I had to go detail my own vehicle because their team doesn't know how to, or just doesn't care (that's how it seemed). They said we could bring it back to have their team detail it, but I really don't want them touching anything else on my vehicle. They were able to get us in quicker than anywhere else, so 2 stars. Would not go back on my own, luckily this was covered by another driver's insurance.

I'm giving Gerber a benefit of a doubt. Collison Works fixed my car and it was not good. They were bought out by Gerber and I had to take my car back after Collison Works' repair. My grill turned another color. I'm not sure, but they may have used cheap parts trying to save money. Gerber is fixing Collision Works mess.

Had body work done after an accident with a deer. Though work quality is very good it took them 2 weeks to do a 1 week job and most importantly they broke a trim peace when removing it and now they won't won't replace part. It has been 3 weeks that I have been fight with them over this. Have started seeking legal help from attorney now to see what I can do force them to get work since they broke the part.Service: Body & Trim

They were in the preferred network of the insurance company and I picked them to give us an estimate , they ended up firing the lady within a day or two after the she did estimate and all the paperwork and procedures were not complete and they made no attempt to contact me or the insurance company so that it could get processed properly. When I called them about it after I found out details from the insurance company she kept giving me the runaround and the parts manager would not let me talk to the appropriate person that had been discussing things with the insurance company and acted very unprofessional towards me with an I don’t care attitude I do not recommend this company at this location to anyone!!!Service: Body & Trim

This shop kept us informed and worked hard to fit our timeline of when we needed it back. Knowledgeable and friendly and hard working. I’ve used them 3 times over the years and will continue to use them for body repair work. Paint jobs are also outstanding.Services: Painting

Absolutely terrible customer service. I will give them a small amount of credit, the body work was good. But that's where it stopped. Radiator had to be replaced, and the system refilled. Cap was left off and left me stranded by the road. Had to pay to have it towed home, and had to redo the coolant myself. Biggest issue was getting anyone to ever call me. I still have one piece of trim that was never put on. I requested it be sent to a different location and surprise, that location never called me to set up an install time. I have to live with the fact that my car will never be 100% "done" even though I paid for it to be. Terrible, terrible, terrible.

Repair tech was ACES! Knowledgeable. Kind. Patient. The store as a whole was helpful with coordinating all the details with rental vehicle, insurance company, and did not over charge for parts or labor like anywhere else I've ever experienced.

They told me 3 different times that my car would be finished and 3 different times it wasn't. I just wanted a for sure date it would be done so I could set up a ride and by the time it was actually done I had to spend 40 dollars on lyfts because I would book a driver and then cancel it once they said it wouldn't be finished.

First off, the vehicle was supposed to be finished on Friday, then had to hunt them down at end of business Monday to get it back. Whoever detailed it drove it until the tank was on vapors, smoked cigarettes in it and didn’t even roll up the window when the washed it, leaving dried soap and ashes all over my headliner. This doesn’t even go into the issues they had with the actual repairs. Oh yeah and the new ding on my door... Zero stars. Do not recommend for anyone, ever.Services: Body & Trim
