Binswanger Glass is phenomenal! From the time we called them to have somebody come out to measure our window and obtain a quote, to the time the glass was installed, the service has been outstanding. They made me a custom two piece glass aquarium lid lightning fast. I came in with an example of the thickness I want and measurements, got lucky they could take care of me right then and there. I had my custom glass pieces within 5 minutes. Highly recommend, will be back for all my future glass needs!

I’m really glad that this company has has happy customers in the past but my experience was not great. The woman working at the front was pretty standoffish and impatient. I asked for a quote for a display case for a new bakery and it took 2 weeks to hear back. I went to Central Glass in Edmond and they had me a quote in 45 minutes. Not to mention when Binzwanger did finally reach out with a quote it was nearly double the price. Maybe Binzwanger of Bethany is really busy or understaffed im not sure but I would highly recommend Central Glass if you’re needing something a little quicker.

The people that I dealt with were professional and knowledgeable. I had a window that had a pane busted from a hail storm and they did an outstanding job on the fit and finish of the replacement window. The communication aspect between clients and providers could be a little bit better and it took a few weeks to get the new window in and replaced but that could be due to supply chain issues. As far as value goes, I am not sure what replacement cost for a window so I really have nothing to compare to.

Experienced the best customer service at the Bethany location. All staff friendly and the windshield repair was excellent. The repair professional was very honest and performed the repairs flawlessly. This is where I will bring all my vehicles in the future.
