“This place did amazing! I have a mini van and 4 kids so it was absolutely disgusting when I dropped it off and when I picked it up that afternoon it looked better than when I bought it! I think my favorite part though is there was no overwhelming scent when I got it back compared to other auto detail places I’ve been to in the past where I’ve almost had to air it out after. After getting it back from Nelson it just smelled fresh and clean, I loved that! I will definitely be back!”

“Very pleased with their diagnosis and game plan to get my wife’s car back on the road.
Bought a car and luckily it had a warranty. We had grinding from the front axle and while we were taking it to the shop, the check engine light kicked on.
They discovered one catalytic converter was bad and discovered that the front differential was bad. They worked directly with the warranty company and kept the car in the shop (at our request) until it was good to go.
Chase was very thorough with updating us on the progress and gave us a rough estimate. I was honestly anticipating to not get it back until mid-late this week but to my surprise it was ready earlier than anticipated and we picked it up today (23 April).
Recommend this shop. I was very impressed and pleased so far.”
“I knew I wanted to have my Cybertruck wrapped as soon as it was delivered here in OKC. I joined several of the social media groups related to Tesla or the Cybertruck. I saw a post about a CT that was recently wrapped by Future Detail and this was during the first week of deliveries in OKC. Finding a shop that had already wrapped a couple of the earlier CTs delivered had me hooked. I reached out to Everett at Future to discuss the process and schedule a time to visit the shop. He still had the CT from the posting in the shop and invited me to come take a look at the detail and workmanship of their process. I was impressed and immediately scheduled the work. I dropped off my CT on a Thursday and picked it up 7 days later as promised. The attention to detail was excellent. From the cleaning, body preparation, removal of trim pieces to allow better wrapping of the vinyl or underneath the trim, the actual wrapping process and finally the complete ceramic coating of all exterior surfaces, each step exceeded all of my expectations. The wrap went around all edges and looks great. If you have a Tesla or Cybertruck and are interested in having it wrapped, ceramic coating or just a detailed cleaning, Future Detail is the place to go.”

“This was my first time here since the apparent change of ownership and renovation. Employees were super friendly and went the extra mile by giving my truck a thorough pre-wash scrub to get the dead bugs and road grime off. The wash itself did a great job but, as with just about every automatic car wash, the blow dryer left a lot to be desired. If you’re as finicky as I am, bring a couple of towels and wipe down your vehicle afterward if you don’t want water spots.”

“My driver's door would not close, the door pad was broken from the door frame, my suv is over 20 years old. Latino's Body Shop repaired the door and door pad completely at a reasonable price. Now the door closes perfect and the door pad is good. Great job!!! I am very satisfied a customer.”

“Every review here is null and void now as it has been completely renovated in Q1 2024. This wash is incredible now. Signage is great, everything is brand new with more options to choose from. I especially like the triple foam gun and air dryer. Free vaccums and inflator is awesome. The credit card readers finally work! This jumped to the number 1 self serve easily in the NW okc area. Only recommendation is cameras in the bays but I'm sure that's already in the works.”
