Every time I have tried to receive a wire transfer from this location, their "equipment" is always "down". Not sure what that means but it's been this way over a year now... irritating.

Went multiple times over the course of a week to send AND receive money. EVERY time I received the excuse of"our western union is down. Try back tomorrow!" Finally just went to another western union.
