When a customer is calling to ask a question to the pharmacy, maybe...just....oh I don't know, let that customer finish an actual sentence before cutting them off!! You don't even know what my question is. Very rude today.

Yellow fever is not from China…… the pharmacist here wasn’t a bad guy, but kinda racist. Talked about how I needed a yellow fever vaccine to visit China. Yellow fever is predominantly in South America and Africa.

The EE actually locked the door in front of me as I approached, while she was vacuuming, and pretended I wasn’t there. It was 8:37PM. I guess they have the new flexible hour plan here!?!

showed up last night for medication an hour before they closed, they told me they wouldn't have time tonight and it would be ready in the morning. Fine, no problem. Waited for hour after the pharmacy opened to give them time.,show up and the lady lied and said they just got the order a few minutes ago, and it will be a while till it's filled.if youre behind fine, but don't lie to me.

Two of us made appointments at this Walgreens for our Covid booster shots. We waited in the Covid Vaccinations line at the pharmacy counter, only to be told after nearly ten minutes that the line was closed and we'd have to wait in the other (very long) line. After we finally checked in and filled out our paperwork (even though I had already filled mine out online the night before to save time),we sat and waited. And waited. 45 minutes after our appointment time and after zero communication from any staff member, we retrieved our shot records and left with no vaccinations, excuses, or apologies. Granted, they were very busy; but a little communication about expected wait times would have helped a lot, and would have changed this rating quite a bit. This is the same exact reason why I quit using their pharmacy for our prescriptions. They obviously have more customers than they can handle.

Usually I can get in and out pretty quickly whether it’s for a prescription or over the counter medicine and the staff are almost always friendly and helpful.

There might be a couple of pharmacy techs that are friendly, but there are also a couple that horrible. I am speaking of one in particular that provides no customer service and refuses to explain why your monthly prescription is costing almost $100 more. This was the last straw with this pharmacy. Will be in contact with corporate.
