I've been a customer for a little over 3 years now, and have nothing but goods things to say about this company. The service has been very reliable and is far faster than other options in the area. Any time that there has been an issue or outage, their customer service is always very responsive and helpful. Over the years they have raised their speeds, while their prices have remained the same.

No internet due to a large storm. I am not sure of the size of the company, but it feels pretty good to be considered their main focus and solving my issue immediately.

Good when it’s good.. terrible when most needed. Always sucks most when trying to watch live sports. Will be switching to cox soon since they just got it in my area

Honestly the best interest provider for rural areas, but as much as the internet goes down, towers go down, issues persist for 6+ hours, almost constantly some kind of issue, it makes you wonder why they charge so much for so little. Hoping it gets better.

We've had Wake Wireless for a few years. Very few issues and they are always willing to work quickly to resolve any issues we have had.

If you are line of site, I’m sure the service is fine. I live out of line of site and the service is comparable to early 2000s dial up. I get maybe 7 mbps download speeds and maybe 1 mbps upload speeds. If it rains? No service. If it’s windy? Spotty service. Clouds in the sky? Spotty service. The options for rural internet are abysmal in Skiatook and surrounding areas. Slightly better service than HughesNet or Viasat, but still not great for how much you spend per month. Only reason there are 3 stars is because the office staff are great. 2 stars for the internet service itself.

My internet company was bought by another company that refused to continue to provide me the internet speeds I had been getting and only would offer lower speed packages. So I switched to Wake Wireless and 2 days later was up and running with even higher speeds that are hard to get living in the country. Installer was very professional and made certain everything worked correctly. Thank you Wake Wirless.

If I could give a negative star review I would. I have to contact the office TOO OFTEN. On average, twice a month and sometime multiple times a week. Service is not consistently reliable at all and they making working from home a nightmare. You never know when you will be completely without service or it bouncing over and over again.

This wifi company was recommended to me by a friend & im really sad to say I don’t like it much. It runs Hulu live & Netflix fine but the upload speed is absolutely horrendous & to download basic games on a PS4 takes hours. Not to mention the box shuts off by itself multiple times a day & will come on when it wants to. Would not recommend. I will say I do love the 24/7 tech support. It helps when the box won’t turn on. Also, the people are super nice. Just not super impressed with the wifi quality.

As a direct line of site provider I find the service to be reliable, and after hours tech support very good. One thing to note for other customers keep in mind this is not fiber in the ground so yes bad weather and power issues will occur more often. However, Wakes service happens less than other providers I have had and they do a good job of keeping updates for service restoration.I can stream and do everything I need to do as a heavy user.

Pay for 12Mbps but speeds literally never reach higher than 6Mbps. This is more commonly what their completely unusable and over-priced service looks like while directly connected to the routerboard with an ethernet cable, and their "techs" never have an explanation as to why. Nothing else is available where I live so this is what I'm stuck with unfortunately.

Our internet for a few months now. Working great for us with a great price!

Despite having a clear sight line from the tower, service buffered every evening around 9 pm. Outages were common. We were given different and conflicting information about why outages were happening. We found better coverage and higher speeds for the same price from another provider, and no nightly buffering.
