My experience with Verizon Wireless was beyond disappointing. After calling 611 about my issue, I was directed to the store. Arriving at 10:30 AM, I found only one employee working while four customers, including myself, waited. They had to call another employee in, which only added to the delay. It wasn't until 1 PM that I finally received "help". However, the representative, Kayla, seemed more interested in guessing what I needed than actually listening to my concerns. The computer system continuously malfunctioned, causing further frustration. And to add insult to injury, I was blindsided by an additional processing fee when paying by card at the store because she “forgot”. It seems like Verizon's customer service is consistent in its incompetence and lack of transparency.
10/10 do not recommend.

Tiffany and Kayla are amazing, patient and kind. We had a difficult transfer from AT&T service. They made things as difficult as possible. These 2 Verizon staff members went above and beyond normal customer service to assist my father-in-law in setting up his new line of service. It was a long process, twice, due to AT&Ts lack of professionalism and outsourced customer care. Yet the Verizon staff took care of the issue. Treated him with dignity and grace. Thank you so much for the assurance that we made the right decision to change to Verizon. You are amazing!

I have waited to post this about MY personal experience working at this store. I was the only male in this store when it fired or got rid of the other previous employees there. It was such a clique with the manager there and other female employee that was hired it made my everyday trying to work there a F#####G nightmare..you are treated not like a "team" at all in any way shape or form i guess if i wasnt a male i think i would of been fine or i think if i was a twenty year old things may of been different. However i dont hold grudges just wanted to state the level of maturity and poor work environment good luck working here inless you are friends with one of the female managers in that case you will be groomed for sucess otherwise i wouldnt waste your time sincerely

TERRIBLE customer service from the district mgr,Rachelle. She was one of the most unprofessional people I have dealt with. Her former sales team member said I was unable to use a new USB cable without a new wall hub. This sales person said if not needed I could return/replace anytime. I brought back to the store, spoke with the store manager (after she finished up on a "call with her sister") She immediately said that I could not return or exchange as it was past the 30 day policy. I said we can discuss this, but I want to troubleshoot what the issue is, as I just opened this new wall hub, as my other wall hub worked just fine until it broke a few days ago. The store mgr focused on no return no replacement conversation, which I disagreed with. I am not responsible for their team member not being trained properly. I said then I will need to talk with her mgr - she called her right away and I said we can troubleshoot 1st before calling. The regional mgr - Rachelle - was very rude immediately - didn't care what I was at the store for - didn't allow me to share with her why I wanted to chat with her - she was combative - the store mgr had me on speaker and I said to the unprofessional district mgr that we should end our call as she was on speaker and other customers in her store were able to listen to her unprofessional behavior. Which prompted her to tell me to leave her store. The store mgr stated that the salesperson that sold me these items were no longer with the store and that they have been "putting out fire after fire" and "are not honoring any returns/exchanges as he was selling items to customers that they did not need." I have 9 phones with Verizon and have NO problem canceling. Who needs to be treated with such disrespect from Verizon. This conversation was recorded on my phone, which will be shared with Corporate. We shall see if Rachelle is held accountable for her unprofessional behavior to a loyal customer. Side note: AT&T is contracted with Cherokee Nation who offers a $75.00 monthly credit towards your cell bill. This would be helpful to many folks!

Verizon has best cellular service, I yet to experience. Best technical support service, top quality devices!I visited this location was impressed by the fast, friendly, and care team on shift!I would recommend Bartlesville location to anyone else seeking upgrades or new services!They should get arise/bonus for being two staff handling high volume of clients!

Just left with tech difficulties, the manager & staff working around 3pm on September 4th. Was very friendly, very helpful, solved my issues with devices & I even decided to go with available upgrades!I will return & highly recommend this location to anyone.Thanks for the service & great employees at Verizon!Sincerely,~GGT~

Haven't been in this store since before covid and needing all devices upgraded. Some reviews haven't been nice but let me tell you everyone there was helpful. Benjamin very professional and nice.

THIS IS NOTHING AGAINST THE EMPLOYEES OF THIS STORE!!!They’re very kind and helpful. But oh my gosh, do I wish I had stayed with my month to month MetroPCS! The service you get from Verizon is god awful. I used to NEVER have problems with service with MetroPCS and ever since switching I can’t get anything to load, anywhere. Genuinely the worst cell phone service I have ever, ever had. It’s too expensive to never have any service anywhere.

This is the worst cell phone company you can go through. I've been a loyal customer for two years always paid my bill on time. When the bill got too high because it kept going up every month instead of being a standard fee we decided to switch over to cricket well I've called because we still owe it on the phones for Verizon and was told that auto-pay was deactivated and then I would have to call in the payment for the phones every month until the bones were paid off. I sit here not even two weeks after switching companies and am overdrawn can't pay my other bills can't buy food to feed my family with and am screwed I can't get the money back I was not past due so there was no reason for any money to come out and basically Verizon has screwed my family over we can't afford to feed ourselves or pay our bills because they lied to me and took money that they did not have rights to...Screw you Verizon
