I would give the postal service here negative stars if I could. They have now 'delivered' two packages to my address in the past week that never actually arrived here. Their tracking number states they did deliver so apparently I have no recourse. They are beyond awful. I will be using Amazon, UPS, and anyone else for shipping now. Bartlesville postal delivery is horrible.

This is a terrible location, I went in 10 before 4:30 and they said they weren’t accepting anymore letter, but a sign clearly reads that they take them until 4:30, won’t come back, got to the downtown location.

This is a small post office that is not open on the weekends, but it is very convenient since it is right by Wal-Mart.

USPS rarely gets my mail to me on the weekends when delivering parcels. Sunview PLACE is NOT Sunview COURT..... I've called the Post Office twice requesting that they educate whoever delivers on weekends, but they still deliver my package to the wrong street. It wouldn't be so bad if my neighbor would tell me that I have mail.... instead he hoards it... Cost me $30 in spoiled Strawberry bare root plants because, though I got a text alert that the package was delivered, it wasn't on my doorstep... after following up, they had AGAIN delivered to my neighbors house... I felt like a criminal sifting through his mail on his porch to find that I had TWO packages waiting on me... I hate using USPS...

who should be contacted to change the wrong number in the phone book for the east side post office? Right number 331-9574. Please get this fixed!!!
