We went into USCelluar in Bartlesville, OK to get help clearing out cleaning apps from my husband's phone. we have to do this every few months because he has memory issues and doesn't remember what he does on his phone. Usually, the employee gets all of the apps cleared out for us. When I try to do it, I always get a stubborn app that won't let me get past it. I explained that to Gabriel but he wouldn't listen to me. He kept telling me I need to go into settings and the app list and then uninstall each one. He just said we needed to do it. It was very frustrating!

The US cellular store in Bartlesville Oklahoma sucks. We are tax exempt and they always charge us tax. Every month, and it is a prepaid phone plan. Also I went into the store to make a payment and they made me show my ID. Never once have I ever had to show an ID to make a payment on a prepaid plan. By then I was really irritated because I had to go back out and get my ID just to make a payment. Then the guy didn't even count back my change. I made the comment to my brother on the phone that this store sucks and that I am planning on changing phone companies. The guy also said well you don't have to worry it won't be US cellular anymore it's going to be T-Mobile. Still will be the same employees.

US cellular's absolute trash they reiki and talk about low rates blah blah blah not one time has my bill been right in the past 13 months every time I call the 1-800 number I get a different answer than the bartlesville store answer from the associates in here and then when they get mixed communication and get things mixed up on my bill to where I'm paying upwards of $300 extra some months because of false and misinformation from the call center and or the store I get told I'm beat I end up paying $500 $600 to re-clear my balance only to have the same problem the start of this next year I'm so done with these guys I'm paying out my phones right now I'm going to Walmart prepaid services so disappointed none of their credits they promised for these things have come through you know they don't stand true to their word absolute hate these guys worse than Verizon

So far we've gotten the best experience. And solved any problems. Asap. They are the best !!!! And we've been with other providers but so far we love our service and new phones.

The worst place in bartlesville. I have 3 samsung 22s I never have service. I was supposed to be getting the best plan with the fastest data. Not happy now all I have is phones that only work half the time for a very high price.

Went in to get a new phone since the one I have will no longer be supported. Put my name on the sign up sheet, wait and hour then be told they don't have the new phone I wanted. Try again tomorrow. So I guess I'm just supposed to keep coming back and wait an hour just to see if the phone is in. What terrible customer service.

I recently went to upgrade phones and was very pleased with the service I received. Bravo was kind, friendly, personable and knowledgeable. He was quick yet efficient. I will definitely be returning and asking to work with Bravo again!

I was having a problem with my phones speaker and mic not working as well as it wasn't dependable at receiving messages and texts and what not. The sales associate was able to fix the problem so normally I would rate that at a 5 but there were 3 sales associates in the store. All were busy, not slacking but doing their job setting up new phones for customers. At least 6 other customers were waiting for almost 20 minutes before being helped. That doesn't count the many that showed up signed in and then left after 10-15 minutes of waiting. It wasn't that the staff wasn't doing their jobs but instead the store is way under staffed like many other places. I'm sure other times they may be just waiting for customers to come in. I don't know but this wasn't the first or second time we've waited longer than 20 minutes to be helped at this store. Many folks just came in to buy a phone case or something and ended up putting the item back and leaving because there was no one to help at the register. So I'll be generous and give 3 stars until corporate can figure out how to manage the positions better to produce a more effective flow of customer traffic.
