We purchased a massive sliding door, windows and a front door ( all Andersen) via email/phone calls. Lesley is by far the best salesperson I've ever worked with. Replies were always prompt (like, within an hour) and she made everything so easy. They held our products until we were ready to install and delivered them not only within a day's notice, but even earlier time than anticipated. We will purchase from Overlees any time we possibly can! The best!

Always helpful there's always somebody there that knows their stuff and they care. Not like the big Box stores where employees run from you.

Everyone at Overlees makes a great effort to help the customer. Probably because they recognize that the customer is not a nuisance. I highly recommend this place. If they don't have it, you don't need it.

Came in looking for some sawdust to buy. The guys at the counter said I can have all of want and showed me to a room full. I will definitely be coming back when I'm ready to start my wood working projects. They have a little bit of everything. 5/5 wood ? come back.
