This McDonald's is rolls out good food, just like you expect, but it is always slow. You always have to wait a bit for your order (although this is becoming a standard with all McDonald's).

Food is always hot and fresh. Tables will likely be dirty. And fountain area dirty too. Hard to get a employee attention. I ordered with the app and headed straight to the restaurant. When I got there, there was 3 cars in front of me. It took about 10 minutes to get to the window, just for them to tell me to park in a spot and they would bring it out to me. We waited another 20 minutes while other cars (behind us) in the drive thru were getting their food and leaving. I only ordered 2 six peice nugget happy meals and I don't understand why it took over 30 minutes after I arrived at the store, to cook this. Not to mention that the fries were soggy, not fresh, like they were cooked first and just sat there while waiting on the rest. Why order in advance if it's going to take so long. I thought I was "skipping the line."

This is another case of the Nichols Corporation not caring about the service. 3rd order in a row where my order was wrong.Burgers were sloppily put together. Fries were cold even though I had to wait on my food. Service was about friendly as a wet mop.Save your self the trouble and head to Whataburger.

Just went through drive thru. Got home with my order and there was not one drop of sauce in the big Mac. I cannot believe this place! Happens ever time. Never gets the order right. No more!

Slow, person taking orders has a handicap I don't mind but his was so that he could be used in a different position. Not Drive thru. Waited 20 minutes with only 3 cars ahead that had waited that long also.
