There is alot of stupid employees at Lowe's in Bartlesville OK, they had our order so missed up which was our stove and fridge it was ridiculous.

Terrible service, hour and a half wait to get 6 bundlesof furring strips and then was pushed to the side so that other customer could shop for a few pieces of lumber. And the customer was inside of the barrier of unload area.
That I was told that I had to move from while the strips bundles were being moved down. The workers stood by and let the other customer continue shopping as though I was not there.

Tried to ask someone for help at the Bartlesville store and they literally put their hand up in my face like a stop sign and told me in the most derogatory tone ever, “I’m with a customer”. I would have understood had they said hey, if you can wait just a second I’d be glad to help you. But no. Teach your employees about customer service, Lowe’s.

Writing this while sitting on hold for 20 minutes. I was hung up on twice and someone picked up and put me back on hold 6 times. I have had other similar experiences. Very poor customer service. Faster for me to drive to Home Depot in Owasso.

I'm always able to find an associate to help me find what I need, show me how to use the items and they even brainstorm with me when I'm working on a project and get stuck. The associates always go over and beyond!

I live over an hour away and drove to get a generator because our town is without electricity and we are under a boil order for our water. Bought a brand new generator for $950, got it home and it didn’t work. Called less than 2 hours after I purchased it and they wouldn’t replace it. Will be cancelling my Lowe’s card and will never return here. How ridiculous when this part of the state is under crisis. I suggest getting your generators somewhere else.
