Made online order nite before . Order ready 3:30pm. (54 pcs of lumber , bucket of 800 deck screws and 40 paver blocks) waited over 1 & 1/2 hours for my materials that were supposed to be ready for pickup. I'm not shopping Lowes anymore.! The service is pathetic at this location. Employees standing around looking at there phones or sitting at back of store having BS session. I asked for help from 2 managers that have no sense of urgency. I asked at least five employees for help... no one has answers. Nobody can help you because they don't do that person's job. half of my order was still on the shelf at 5:30pm. I had my load of lumber loaded, but did not have my pavers. They were still on the shelf so I left the store to drop my wood off at work site and came back to get the pavers and was finally leaving Lowe's at 6:30 PM. what an awful experience. There's nothing lower at this Lowe's location than the lazy staff itself...

Lowe's in Bartlesville provides lousy service.I've been a customer since they arrived, and have watched service slowly erode. I've given up asking anyone for help, much less just a friendly "hello" from an employe. it begins atthe top, management is also terrible. They act like they hate their jobs

Avoid this place at all costs. They have hired to many multi-colored haired women who could care less about a question and show such distain towards the customers. They have such bad attitudes and aren't willing to lift a finger to help or get information. Do yourself a favor and go to Atwood or tractor supply.

We bought a refrigerator on Sunday Dec 26, 2021. Got it on credit, but only was approved for so much. We told them we would pay the difference. But instead dropped the price. Then we pay for the rest. We did not ask for a price reduction, we were going to pay the difference. But since no one knew how to it it they did it that way.Now on Tuesday Dec 28,2021 we get our refrigerator. My husband watches them take it out of the box, it has a dent in door. They bring it in saying they will report it, but for us to call Lowes to see if we can get door replaced. The delivery guys were Awesome,polite and very respectful.I call the store and the manager was OK at first. But she got Lipps cause I kept trying to talk as she talk. My bad, I do have a problem with that. I get irritated with her cause she said it was a liquidation or a make down. I kept telling her that it was not. Then she said it was a "as is "item I said no it was not. There was no sign or anything marking it that way.I gave the phone to my husband as she said you can bring it back and I can charge you full price for it.Again that was thier doing, cause they couldn't figure out how to do the transaction. We were going to pay the full price, just part was going on the finance part then we pay the rest.This woman acted as if they did a great thing for us. That they did us a favor, when it was just easier for them to do it the way it was done. She called back and had an attitude, and with my attitude. I gave the phone to my husband saying she was a batch. She said she was reporting me for saying it. I didn't tell her she was one ,I told my husband,she just heard me. All I'm saying is make sure they do your transactions the correct way, cause they screw you in the end. We paid 2000 bucks for a dented fridge, and the woman made it out to be our fault. This is the reason we normally go to Homdepot.

Bought and paid for carpet 3/19. After 3 weeks were told it wouldn't be in production until end of April. Lowe's subcontracted with a company in OKC instead of local. On the day of install, installer called to say their van broke down and they weren't coming. Might be able to come in 4 days. All our furniture was out of rooms. Called 3 people at Lowe's and put on hold for a long time each call. Finally went in person and were told there was nothing they could do. Our carpet was in the installers warehouse in OKC. No help.

Prices are good but customer service is terrible. Go to Hughes in Dewey, you might pay a little more but OUTSTANDING customer service.
