I like Homeland much more than Walmart. Homeland is more expensive though for a lot of items. They do have better produce and meat than Walmart does. I don't like their (POS) system at the self-checkout. It's slow, requires an associate's intervention just to check out produce. I don't know how this is supposed to save the store money if these register systems cost $20k per register and require an employee to constantly move from register to register to check produce out. In my eyes this is a big waste of time and money. One of the larger parts of the inventory in these stores would be produce and why you would develope a POS (that's Point Of Sale for all you people that misinterpret that acronym) system that does not ring up produce is beyond me. I know one thing, it's not saving me any time or money when I go to pay for all this stuff. It's like the dude that you buy things from that always drives the brand new supercar, his prices are probably not going to be as good as the guy that owns the KIA, selling the same items.

Homeland is a small grocery store and everyone that works there is helpful and friendly. The meat section always goes the extra mile to assist you.

Has a good amount of gluten free options! Has gluten free bread, gluten free cookies (in the fridge area) and has gluten free digiorno pizza! So happy to have other options other than Walmart! Thank you for carrying stuff for us who are stuck being gluten free!
Was here on the 13th got some groceries and not a single discount was on our receipt… put my phone number and showed my account but multiple things that I saw where supposed to be discount by $1-$3 prices didn’t change so paid way over what we were planning( order was $140 and probably paid about 30-40over what we would have if discounts where added got lot of sale items). Just gonna keep shopping at Walmart and only come here for specific gluten free items Walmart doesn’t have.

For a grocery store that is trying to pretend to be a Reasors, they have a horrible produce selection. The cotton candy grapes I paid $7 for were soft and past their prime. The cantaloupe they had on sale were all small, hard and green and there was only about 8 or 10 to chose from. The small selection of roma tomatoes they had were almost all soft and over ripe. For such a huge store, they keep a pitiful selection of everything they carry. Save your time & your money and shop at Aldis or Walmart.

Nice Homeland, huge selection, very good for speciality cheeses and a fair health food selection. Produce quality varies but is typically better than Walmart. Excellent customer service Khyanna who works at the front of the store is very kind and composed- she will remember you too. I would much rather go here than Walmart for the atmosphere and the employees seem to be treated with more respect. I’m not interested in saving a few pennies by at the expense of human decency and dignity.

This is my favorite Homeland store in town. But unfortunately last night I came across some cobb Webb mold in the avocados. 🤮🤢😭🫰🏼🥑🦠. Please weed through your produce a little more. Thank you! Still love this store!

Last week..8-15-24 pork tenderloin was $19 for a full size min. This week... same size loin was $52....I believe that is price gouging at its worst
More that 2 tones the price! Shameful!!!

The customer service from the dairy department is Amazing! The customer service from the deli especially the young men in the evening Fantastic! The meat department beautiful! The front end are Experts in customer service and truly are the peace keepers. Overall from Produce to checking out I am amazed. P.S do not forget the gorgeous Floral designs and all of your favorite cartpushers who are so kind and helpful. The pharmacy area is lovely as well. I'm just one of proud shoppers who love my HOMELAND.

I’ve been going to the store located at 75 & Price Road since about April or May of this year.
The customer service gets worse and worse especially with 2 of your cashiers. They are ladies who obviously don’t like their jobs. Many situations have happened that I’ve witnessed with other customers. Just last week the cashier with white hair was so rude to an elderly lady who could not get her credit card to work. The customer was so embarrassed and the cashier said to her, “don’t you know how to work that card?” “Don’t you know your number to be entered?” The poor woman had to leave her basket of groceries there and leave the store. I told my husband I almost bought her groceries for her. The cashier was so very rude and I find that unacceptable.
Then you have another cashier who is older, has brown hair and typically wears it in a ponytail. All she does is complain about her health. People don’t come there to hear that and she acts as though it’s ok to tell everyone her problems.
I also have had a major issue with one of the women who works in the deli. Her hair used to be blonde and black. This past week it is now blonde and purple. She is very rude and hateful. If I ask for sliced meat and I tell her the size of slice I want, then I expect to see a slice before she moves forward to ensure it’s what I want. If you ask her to see a slice, she gets mad and gives you a dirty look. I have witnessed her doing this to other customers as well that were in front of me and they turned around and said something to me about this woman’s behavior and that it wasn’t the first time they had witnessed it. Perhaps she should not be in a customer facing position.
Lately. I have noticed that your fruit and vegetables are old. Your oranges have mold on them, your bananas are already turning black and are mushy, your grapes are turning brown, apples are rotten, potatoes are black and rotten, black spots on the limes.
Your milk dates are about to expire, your bread is getting stale and sometimes I cannot find a date on the bread, and your bags of potato chips have been crushed.
I stopped going to Walmart for one reason, because it is so crowded and I hated standing in the long lines. But I’m going back there. At least I know I can get fresh food and produce. Plus, I know I won’t be faced with hateful workers.
This is very sad as I was happy to find a store closer to my home and I didn’t have to wait in long lines.
