I started coming to this pharmacy location when I moved to Bartlesville in 2001. It's changed hands a few times and some of those times I left because they weren't very nice but have returned since J&M took over and I love them... They go above and beyond to help with your prescriptions and are just all around awesome! Vanessa & Stephanie are amazing. ??❤️??

My favorite grocery store in Bartlesville. The people that work here are very pleasant. They are very helpful. The store has good selections, good sales and its my neighborhood grocery store. This is my first choice for grocery shopping every time.

As a nurse I contacted this pharmacy to clarify an escribing vs hard copy question for controlled substances as our escribe was down , as we had not had this issue before and we were just trying to make sure we took the appropriate steps to take care of a patients medication needs. I spoke with Jim who was very rude , raised his voice and accused me of trying to get him to " break the law" which was not the case whatsoever, I simply asked a question , to make sure I understood and could report the correct information back to the providers I work for. However I was able to contact another local pharmacy who was able to help clarify the question for me .As a professional I am appalled at the way I was spoken to. I hope the paying customers are not treated as poorly . Very unprofessional and will not recommend this pharmacy to our patients moving forward.

Pharmacy is very rude dropped off prescriptions at noon was told an 1.5 hrs came back at 330 was told to wait again an undetermined amount of time if you need meds don't come here! Still waiting at 4 pm terrible place no supervisor over they can do whatever they want
