Being open for only a few hours, the employees sure act like they hate their job. Waited for them to open at 11am, walked in asked for a bolt (VERY common regular hex head bolt) old grumpy lady just said “nope” I said what do you mean “nope” she replied, “we ain’t got it”. Looked at the two guys acting like they’re busy at the front desk, they just had dumbfounded looks on their faces so I just left. Stellar customer service! Went to lowes and got the bolt, had a kid fresh out of high school help me find it. Goes to show the lack of talent fastenal employs. If you don’t like your job, QUIT!

Closed at 3pm ?!? WTH ? If that's all the hours you're going to be open, I'll just order what I need through my company. They get product out of the Tulsa store. May as well close this one down. Not going to bust my hump trying to get there in that silly 4 hour window.
