Jared at the Bartlesville branch was so helpful. Answered all my insane, off the wall questions. He was there to guide me through the whole process from start to finish. You don't get that much with big companies these days. Thank you so much Jared. You have made my experience as stress-free as possible. Jared is the reason I will be recommending Enterprise to my family when they fly in from out of town during the upcoming holidays. Worst experience ever. I made a reservation and got a confirmation number for it, and received a call a day after, only an hour before I was supposed to pick up a car, telling me there isn’t any car for me. Now I asked why they confirm a reservation, and their employee was very rude and impolite. On my question why he didn’t give me a call earlier if he new, he said “I was bussy”???Is this how you treat your customers?? They don’t respect reservations at all. I went there to see what is happening and to get another car, because there were lot of cars in front. They didn’t honor another person’s reservation too, but they offered to her another car, different size and type. I asked why I wasn’t offered, when he started yelling and screaming to me and my father. I was sure he didn’t want to provide me a car because I was European, which is a total discrimination. I used Enterprise services for many years, but after this, NEVER! I even called Customer Service to tell them a problem, where they told me someone will contact me, and nobody never did. Not to mention I missed my baby’s doctor appointment. Worst store, worst workers, worst service. You better start respecting your customers, because you will be loosing them due to very bad service of your employees. You should work on fixing a problem YOU as company and your workers made, not just pushing people away. I hope that if situation doesn’t change, mainly if you don’t fire terible employees that don’t provide services at all, this store closes.

Anytime you need to get ahold of anyone at this branch, it is absolutely impossible to get them on the phone. I use them only because that’s who my insurance uses. The service is good, when you actually get someone. I would not recommend this branch though.

My wife had an accident this morning, 1/19/23 we called Enterprise for a vehicle and NOTHING until Tuesday of next week 1/24/23 five day wait for a vehicle what a JOKE I would have given a negative star if Google would let me.Please don't post for me to call you that will NEVER happen again.

week long wait for a replacement vehicle. as well wouldn't have a secondary location delivery a vehicle sooner for pick up. an refused to have one delivered to me personally

They don't honor confirmed reservations.Before writing this review I contacted Enterprise Corp Customer Care twice and they ignored me. I called the location Monday and they would put me on a waiting list and maybe Thursday I could rent a car after having a confirmed reservation and my gold status Enterprise Plus.
