I am always able to find the gear I need- camping, fishing, firearms, and sports all in one place. The clothing and tennis shoe selection are good as well! It's hard to find an employee for assistance, so you might have to walk around in order to get help. Prices run about as expected but the clearance selection is a great time to buy.

Large variety of sports related clothing, gear, and some unique gift items. The prices could be lower. Most of the time it's not my first choice, but this time it did the job when looking for some simple running shoes.

Great selection! Dare I say best you'll get in the bville area for sporting goods store!! Man they had a little of everything!!! Great July sale prices on about everything in the store!!

Selection is great. Hard to find help there and when you do it is not the best. They could have a better level of customer service. I will drive to Oswego in the future and go to Academy. I hate to do it but they are friendlier and don't make up stupid store policy as to why they can not do something that they obviously can do. I got a feeling there is some strong employee disatisfaction here.

Keep your paper receipts, they won’t even exchange defunct products without one. Refund I get it, but exchange for a more expensive item which would make them more money? Interesting way to do business, get sub par items off the shelves and they stay that way, no matter that they are losing business that they can’t afford to lose. I will never set foot in this place again, and had not had an issue previously, this evening the service was rude from the get go. The product was in the original box, packaging, their price stickers still attached, purchased 48 hours ago, just got a sneer and “it’s posted policy”… I left it anyway because IT DID NOT WORK!, guessing they will put it back on the shelf for another sucker to buy.

!!!!!! DO NOT PURCHASE A KAYAK OR BOAT FROM HERE!!!!!!! They will not take a return if it hits water and if your like me and don’t find out something is wrong with it until you try using it your just screwed they will not help you what so ever
