She needs to be teaching customer service how to treat real people we aren’t robots we are people. Thank you so much Mrs Jaime for being our balm and helping us resolve our issues

The folks who work at this store are rude! If you try to call the store they just hang up on you in the middle of a conversation. You call up to the store and the line just rings! It makes me wonder if they're even working at this location because when you walk in the store you have employees passed out at the front desk and not to mention they give off a super sketchy vibe when interacting with anyone at the store!

This place always looks like it's closed/abandoned. Prices are good. Just remember you have to buy the phone you want if you're needing a new one. Payment plans are an option but any device with real power will be costly. Not many great deals on the newest phones. Working here was a joke. Business is painfully slow. Building is falling apart inside and out. In my opinion this place should be demolished

The customer service was horrible! They were out of sim cards, the rep wasn't helpful or even concerned with our issue, they did NOT keep another customer's info private and she used "I don't know" too many times! I haven't seen customer service THAT bad in 30 years! It was like she had smoked something to make her slow. She told us to call customer service because they could help us better. WOW! The other customers didn't look happy either! I will NOT be back there and I advised my friend to stop doing business there! It's NOT worth the $60 a month where other businesses charge less for better service!

If it wasn’t for my awesome customer service experience with Rachel I would not becoming back. Everyone else has always either been rude or short tempered. Thanks Rachel for fixing my issues and having patience with me! ??

I went to cricket last Sunday and Brad was there I came in and he was the only one working witch I understand but as we where waiting my son was playing with the phones that are out he yelled at my son and told him he needed to stop playing with them right now. Then when he proceeded to help us with a phone he tried to tell us my account would be locked if we did it the way I was trying to tell him to do it because I was in there a week before that and that's how Rachel did it he just kept having a attitude about everything saying you don't work here you don't know what your doing well after I told him what she did it worked.Rachel is a AMAZING worker she needs a raise . She is so sweet and patient.

The ONLY reason I'm giving a 5 star review is because Rachel, the customer service rep is AMAZING!! She had 8 customers in the store, was on the phone with an extremely rude rep from Cricket, who was absolutely no help and kept over talking her. She remained calm and helpful with everyone. She deserves a raise and commission!! She also deserves to have help in the store instead of being alone. MANAGEMENT BETTER WAKE UP before they lose a great employee!
