NEVER again will my family shop at the Bartlesville location, staff lie about the warranties on the shoes and the Manager knows what was said since he was standing there, when we take the shoes back today, because my husband can't tolerate them on his broken foot, now it's only exchange only. Rude and condescending....customer service is not their thing.....I gave them a 1 because you cannot go any lower....

Horrible and rude staff. Looked at several pairs of sneakers. Hoka, On Cloud, Brooks. The salesman said Brooks is what they wear. I tried a pair that he brought to me. I did not like them, that was when I was told to just buy Hey Dudes then and go down the road. Well go down the road is what I did without buying anything and never will. I will never step foot inside of this store again, I will go barefoot before I give them a dime of my money.

Shop around. They're overpriced and their service comes with an attitude in my experience (been in a few times in my life wanting to support local but every time i get the attitude).

Absolutely helpful. Needed to find shoes for a wedding. My husband is a boot guy. Salesman was great. So nice. Found perfect shoes at a great price.

We drove to Bartlesville from Tulsa to shop at Brown's shoe store. We were familiar with Brown's from our years in Enid. We were not disappointed. The store was clean, well stocked and the people were friendly. We will be going back in a few months for summer shoes.

Bought a pair of expensive $150 Adidas from them and within a week one of the shoe strings completely frayed out and came apart. This was the second pair of identical shoes I bought from them and the first pair didn't have this issue in 18 monthes of use. So it was a faulty show lace to come apart in a week of light wear. I went in to ask for a replacement and they weren't interested in helping me. Said they didn't have any and didn't even have any to sale me in the correct color. They didn't even attempt to find a solution, just said no and walked away from me and ignored me. Won't be buying from them anymore.
