Was 5 stars, now zero, if I could.No data at all on iPhone 13. They always use to help, customer service is now the pits! They use to do a reset to help me, now just try to sell more of nothing. Use to always recommend boom mobile, but not anymore. Getting out as soon as possible.

Very disappointed. Until today, I would have given 10 stars. But their customer service has gone downhill. My phone works fine. My husband and I have exactly same phones and plans. All of a sudden about a week ago he can’t get online, even at a snails pace, if not on WiFi. We only have the 1gb of high speed data, but even at the real low throttled speed, he could get online, not to play games or music, just to look up where a restaurant is. But now there’s nothing. Did a chat, and all he said is we would have to buy more data. What happened to the unlimited low speed after the one gb is used up????Well no more recommending boom, and we will shop around for another plan. Hate to leave, this is the first time they couldn’t help us. It’s happened in the past with the data issue, but they always had a fix. And it’s funny it happened right after the renewal and payment for the next month.

I've been with Boom Mobile coming up on 3 years this June. Great Company & Services, customer support is above top notch & I brig to all my friends & family and I've even convinced a few to move to Boom Mobile. I will continue to be a Boom Mobile customer and a supporter for as long as they're in business.

My service has been turned off after paying bill. You can no longer contact them by telephone or internet/web site.

They told me if I enjoyed they're service to give a five star review to be entered into a drawing to win something. I keep having issues with my voicemail. I call and get it fixed then the same problem keeps reoccurring.

Plenty of plans to suit your needs. I love boom! because of the price and reliability. Would highly recommend this service to my friends.4-2022 EDIT - The service and customer service *were* nice until I actually needed billing help. They changed my plan to a lower monthly rate with more data but left me grandfathered into the more expensive plan with less data. The nice thing to do would be communicate with your customers to let them know of a better plan for a cheaper rate. They did not compensate me AT ALL. Blamed me for not paying attention to the new plans available. I no longer recommend this company.

Superior and patient customer service; Rachel was very patient in dealing with getting my SIM card switched over to my new phone. She helped me narrow down what the problem was. It was something I did and forgot to undo. Rachel helped me figure it out. Thanks for being so professional and patient with me Rachel. Boom for the win!

Boom Mobile has been the perfect plan for me and my daughter. We rarely have any difficulties with our telephone, but when we do, all we have to do is reach out to them and immediately they respond. It has been a really wonderful experience and I look forward to many more years with Boom Mobile. We are continuing to experience excellent service and continuing to enjoy Boom Mobile.

Ugh ask for Rachel, she was extremely helpful and very patient! I must say some of the best customer service I’ve had hands down! No one else seems very nice or intelligent.

I have enjoyed excellent service from Boom! for 4 to 5 years (Red plan)... I have had several good Representatives there that have assisted me over the years, and in recent times Rachel K. is continuing with that trend. Competent, friendly, fine person... as have been others there. Good company!!

Up until the fiasco with boom's blue plan in late July 2021, I was very happy with their service. But I was given only three days notice to port my number out or lose it. I was given very little explanation of why this was the case. I lost my phone number, which is a HUGE headache for me. There has been not one follow up email or contact expressing remorse or even what happened and why I lost my number. So sad.

Boom has been a Great service connecting to Verizon towers up in the hills, I have been using it for a few years now and always had great customer service and the best part is its way cheaper!!!

My Family has used BOOM for years! Some data connection issues at times but nothing more than any other provider! GREAT PRICES!!!
