The minute you walk into this store you feel welcomed. If the associates aren't helping someone they will immediately ask you if you need help and offer you a bag to put your items in. They are always smiling and willing to help you find your item without being pressured. Everyone there is so friendly. I generally run into Ashley or Sarah and they are both just amazing. Ashley helped me with a purchase just the other day and she went above and beyond to make sure I was taken care of. I would definitely recommend this Bath and Body in Bartlesville.

Waited in like behind someone for 20 minutes then got told to go to the back of the line because it didn’t look like I was in like right, spent an hour in there for nothing. Left my $100 worth of stuff on the ground and left. Needs better management !
