Don't take your machine here for any work. Got mine back after 500 plus bill and it won't run correctly. Many of my plastic parts weren't bolted back on and were just loose. Taking it to another shop to be fixed correctly.

Closing at 6 on a Friday night, it is just as bad as Stillwater, why open at all, people don’t get off work until 5 or 6, now let’s talk about lack of stock on bikes, no tank tops, do you guys not understand it is summer and people wear Tank Tops, there are still a lot of old timers that collect lapel pins and not poker chips. I rode over 3 hours for a pin and a tank top only to find out none available.Hey but do have to say they were friendly.

Took my bike in due to the front brakes locking up. They told me it would be 1 1/2 hours and ide have it back next day. 7 days later they finally had it fixed, so I thought. The master cylinder was under recall and they replaced that, but never checked the pads, calipers, or rotors. I made it out of the lot and about a mile down the road before the front brakes started smoking and were stuck again. Now I'm having to buy new parts and do it myself. Also I never received a call letting me know how things were going or what the issue was on timing, service center had no idea what was going on when called and asked about it. Overall not a good experience nor will my bike be going back. I'm sure if ur there to buy new or something they are great to deal with and can get u taken care of in a second flat though.

Super small selection...limited knowledge...seem they are more into their side by side and dirtbikes and smokers than harley. Ive never seen a harley dealer focus on other inventory as much as they do.

I only went to the service department for parts and an oil change they were knowledgeable and helpful. My husband even had to call for help and they helped him.

Nice little place. I just stopped in to buy a couple of T-shirts so I can't speak to the sales or service folks. But the couple of staff there seemed friendly enough. Very crappy weather so you wouldn't expect to see much sales or service activity anyway.They had a good selection in my size so I was happy. Highly unlikely I will ever be this way again.....
