I made sure to call ahead and get everything squared away before I drove a 4 hour trip. They assured me everything was great and good too go. After making my drive and dropping off the truck. They called me a week later to tell me there was nothing they could do and that I needed to come pick up the truck. I told them that was exactly the reason I called before hand and settled everything, now you are doing the opposite and telling me you can’t do a thing. I had to make another 4 hour trip to grab the truck cause they didn’t want to do any warranty work on a brand new vehicle. If you enjoy being lied to and spending your valuable time and money, this is your place! This could have all been avoided but I guess you can’t expect good help anywhere anymore. Hope this review helps someone else save time and money.Say what you want in your reply to me, I have the entire mess documented before I left the first time. Thanks for assuring me that I will never buy any junk from here?

This was my first time purchasing a car through a dealership and Mr. Andrew Finn did an amazing job! Didn’t hesitate to let me test drive the car how I wanted, knew the car and its features very well, and if he didn’t have an answer to my question he wasn’t afraid to tell me he didn’t know but that he would find out. Held great conversation and made us feel comfortable through the whole process. Cannot say enough good things about this gentleman. If you come to this dealership ask for Andrew Finn!

Told us we were approved but wouldn't give us a price until we came in. Drove 45 minutes too look at a specific new vehicle only to have our time wasted by a used car salesman. It's just bad business to waste people's time getting them to come out just to get the price, why even have online shopping options if you're not going to help people unless they come in. I'll find somone in Tulsa who won't waste my time, I had a much better experience at south point the last time I purchased a new jeep. This place needs new management who will respect the customers by assisting them without wasting their time. We would have been willing to look at other vehicles there if they had told us a price before we came in, but bad business cost them a sale. You've gotta do more than just get people in the door to make sales.

Just had the best buying experience with Andrew Finn. We had looked at a car yesterday and needed a night to think on it. Not only did he offer us to take him home for the evening but he even came in today to sell it to us on his DAY OFF. That's great costumer service right there. He let us know ahead of time everything we needed to make the buying process fast and smooth. My husband was even able to get his oil changed on his vehicle while we waited. Mr. Finn was very professional and did a great job at finding the perfect vehicle for me. We couldn't be more happier with our purchase and his hospitality. Will definitely be back!! Thanks again!!

I went in to Bartlesville CDJ not knowing what I was looking for after a week of bad luck. I am happy to say that after working with John my luck has changed. John was kind, respectful, and understanding of my needs, my financial situation, and all the other circumstances. He listened and gave great advice. We purchased a 2023 Jeep Grand Cherokee L from David our salesman and Luke was our sales Manager. The entire process went quickly and trouble free. Just an outstanding group of people to deal with. When you are in the market for your next new or new to you automobile, you owe it to yourself to give the dealership a chance. Went to look at a TRX. Was greeted by Ralph Mansfield. He was super nice, easy to deal with and never pushy unlike a lot of salesmen I’ve dealt with in the past. Also talked with Link and the sale manager. Everyone was great to work with and really nice. I will definitely consider working with Ralph and Bartlesville CJDR again for future purchases.

My husband and I have bought vehicles from here twice and were blown away by how wonderfully we were treated. Both times our needs were met and then exceeded by the amazing staff. From our salesmen to financing, they went above and beyond to make sure we were happy with our purchases. We went in with a very limited budget and we were treated with utmost respect. No pushy, annoying sales tactics during either buying experience. We recommend this dealership to anyone looking for their next vehicle. This will be an overall experience review. Not just the Salesman David Howell that I worked with.Found this beautiful ‘21 Silverado RST with very low mileage on auto-trader. Reached out to see if it was still available. David Howell responded quickly to let me know that the truck was still there. We discussed a few things on price, out the door cost, etc. I also asked if there was any type of damages to this vehicle and I was told that there wasn’t. I asked for videos and David Howell was happy to provide. I let him know I lived in Missouri and I wanted the vehicle so I’d be coming to get it that Saturday on the 20th. I got preapproved and told what my payments and interest rate would be. Everything was pretty much smooth and a lack in complications at this time.Here is where I will list my pros and cons of my overall experience.Pros:-Was willing to work on the price somewhat.-My truck was pulled to the front lot and waiting for me to arrive.-The truck was very clean and smelled great.-The Salesman David Howell was very cheerful, positive, and helpful.-The manager came over to introduce himself and thanked me for being a customer.-The paperwork process was easy.-David was willing to answer any questions I had, and was willing to help when asked if he would put a front license bracket on if there wasn’t one. He also put the tag on the truck when asked.Cons:-On my drive to get this vehicle I was called by the manager and told my payments were going up and the interest rate was too. This was after already having discussed it through emails.-When I had previously asked if there were any damages to the vehicle I was told no. When arriving and inspecting the vehicle one of the sides of my racing stripes was ripped and peeling off. When asked to be fixed David said to just take it to Chevy. There was also a small blemish/scrape in the leather on the drivers side, and some discoloration to the center console. Now, these can all be so easily overlooked and aren’t a big deal. My issue is there was no honesty about it when asked about damages.-The salesman David left several times to go talk to other customers when I was wanting to get the paperwork done and leave asap because of the trip back and having to be at work on time.-Gas was not filled up and I was left with 30 miles to empty. I get why they keep the gas low when it’s sitting on the lot waiting to be bought. But, I bought the truck and every dealership I’ve ever been to buy a vehicle or with someone buying a vehicle the gas was always filled.-There was no windshield wiper fluid in it. The indicator on the dash started popping up so I checked it and it was empty.-I managed to get the price of the vehicle down to 48k flat and was told that it would be that for out the door cost. It was NOT 48k flat for out the door cost, it was more which irritated me.My overall experience was okay. It wasn’t horrible. I think they need to work on a few things, but they do have their strengths as well. I’d be willing to work with them again if what was mentioned in the cons above are improved.:)
