Frank Crane is my go to employee at the Bartlesville store. He is professional 100% of the time, highly knowledgeable, and provides phenomenal customer service with a smile on his face.

Called on October 3, 2023 to get Internet services at our apartment. I told the customer service agent that we wouldn't be moving in until October 6th. CS told us that the box would be delivered on Oct 6th. Perfect. Turns out the package was delivered on Oct. 5th. We hadn't even moved in. The package was delivered (probably stolen) but we had no access to it because we weren't moved in. Called the same day and said that we haven't moved in yet. We were told we would get sent new equipment and that we would not be charged. A couple weeks later I started to receive text messages that I would be charged If I didn't send in any equipment. Called again telling CS that I never received the equipment. Once again I was told that I would not be charged, and that they would put it in their notes. I still proceeded to get text messages. Called CS and was told the exact same thing. I wouldn't be charged. Well lo and behold on December, I was charged an $150 fee for equipment I never received. I started a chat that bugged out. Called again today Dec 18th and was told that a ticket was made yesterday and that it was going to take 5-10 business days to "figure out" what was going on. This has been going on for about 3 months and just now a ticket is getting started. When I called on October 5th and continued to call multiple times for the past 3 months and was told nothing but lies. If you want to be lied to and charged for something completely out of your control. Then this is the place for you! Customer service is extremely nice, but there is zero transparency.

I went in to get a new phone. The salesperson, Bryce Smith, informed me that I actually had the upgrade option on my phone plan, I was pleasantly surprised and I got a great deal on a new iPhone. He also was able to help me with the accessories that I wanted, I fall a lot so he made sure the cover had a good quality. I then inquired the a Iwatch and he informed me about the fall alert setting. New phone, new watch and accessories... I am extremely happy!!!! He was so knowledgeable, helpful and kind. AT&T is really lucky to have such a great person working on their team. KUDOS to him!!!!

Bryce S was exceptional and so knowledgeable about the phones and accessories. He was able to get me the best phone available and great accessories that I needed. I was definitely happy with everything when I left. I will definitely keep doing business with at&t and Bryce S., very respectful, kind and friendly as well as knowing what he's doing.

Never use AT&T they will screw you over any chance they get we sent in a trade in that worked when we shipped it they gave us a credit of $742.65 then turned around and canceled it then when I called they said it didn’t work but it did when we shipped it so it must have gotten damaged it transit but we have to pay for it. I don’t think so I told them they will give us the credit, give us the phone back, or I’m contacting a lawyer guess I’m contacting a lawyer. They can pull up the history and show that we were using that phone on the line up to the day that we got the upgrade and sent that phone back. They know it was working but they want to mess us over. We have been a customer since 2008 and this is how they treat us this company is the lowest of the low.

Stopped in the store upgrade two lines. Spoke to a lady, she was very polite. When we questioned her about the price she gave us verse the price on the counter she didn't know why her system showed a higher price. Ask to speak to the manager after waiting 15 minutes he came out and confirmed the counter price was correct. The lady that was helping us never came back to help us. We waited for an additional 30 minutes after talking to the manager and none of the other employees offered to help us so we left the store.

Hannah was awesome was able to switch from Verizon. Very happy with my new service would recommend anyone who has service anywhere else switch right now AT&T has the best service available in Bartlesville.
