Okay I went to get a phone and check this out it's a guy named Dustin that just rocked in customer services truly he represented I didn't wait long, he greeted every customer and gave knowledge about the plans. Give that man some more money.Praise God Yahweh

Sale person was friendly and professional, however service doesn't cover Wynona OK so the phone is useless to me. The phone fails to update Android. Unable to use wifi calling, says no service available.

Had to come back 3 times it took about 3 hrs to get everything complete. But customer service was good. Thought they were going to give me a new phone but just changed my #. Lost most of my contacts.
