Lynn is super rude to the patients. Had to bring the same paperwork 3 times before she finally took it and threatened for me to go somewhere else. Sleep apnea is no joke and the machine she threatened not to give me could save my life!

BEWARE! I paid more than I was suppose to and they are refusing on giving me a refund and they are saying I didn’t pay anything and need to return my machine.. My insurance agent had to call & has been calling and talking to Shannon & Lynn. My insurance agent called them to try to get this resolved and had to tell them I have proof with my signature and Their signature that I paid in full and that lit a fire.. Both my insurance agents have been trying to get this resolved for a week now & when they call the 2 ladies keep sending them in circles and telling them to contact billing. Well billing didn’t give the refund the manager did.Update: Got a call from the manager to resolve this issue and get my refund finally. The manager there is a nice man so if you have any problems ask for the manager
