The employees were really friendly and helpful.We're still not sure US Cellular is the best for our needs because we spend a lot of time out of area.If you're in need of a phone give them a shot.

Saw the $30 dollar commercial went it decided to get home based and phone there based off discounts. They say now I'm on the 60 dollar plan and never informed me of switching. Maybe one day I'll trust someone.... until then here it is.

After my internet went down, and talking to US cellular tech support who were no help. I grabbed my router and headed for the Atoka store where Tracy listened to me without interpretation and then said "I got ya!" A short time later I was on my way home with a working router and a chance at a nap before work. A short time later I went ahead and upgraded my phone at the Atoka location again with Tracy and she went through and fixed some out dated plans on my bill. The Atoka location has always been my goto since they were a kiosk in the middle of Walmart up till present day. Thank you all so much and keep up the good work!

Went in store to have them help me switch my phone was told they close in 10 minutes to come back next day. The help I needed would taken less than 5 minutes. Will not go to Atoka store ever again

Terrible, worst US Cellular store I have been in. After 15 minutes on the phone the main US Cellular fixed the problem and apologizedo for this store.
