there's no picture but because I don't do pictures I'm old and I'm sick but I'm going to tell you they've been there for me for everything I need my first first phone didn't work so well cuz I live in the country they got me a phone for free that would work in the country I have Lupus I have leukemia I'm very ill if not for them I would not have a way to call the ambulance I said go to easy wireless and they will help you and they will be there for you
