Very few times, have I been able to pick up a prescription without some kind of problem. I've been taking the same prescriptions, from the same doctor and filling them at the same company for over 10 years (Walgreens.) EVERY MONTH I have to call the Pharm to verify they received the prescription, a few days later, I have to call them back and ask them to make sure they order the meds because they're typically out of stock. I understand that I can't pick them up until a certain amount of time. I get that. That's fine! I usually have to schedule the doc 2 weeks before I run out of medicine, in order to give these "pharmacy techs" enough time to figure out their job and fill the dang thing! Then, for a period of 2-3 weeks, they changed their Pharmacy hours to close at 5. I found out when I got to the drive thru lane on a weekday at 6 o'clock (after I get off work.) I drove to the other side of town just to find a handwritten piece of paper taped to the glass saying "short on staff, will only be open 10-5(I might have the open time wrong.) I understand that it's hard to find anyone with half a brain to show up to work on time. It's not really their fault I guess (maybe it is,)it's just another hoop I have to jump through to do the right thing and play their game. They filled half of my scripts and told me next time I go to the doctor, to tell him that he can't send scripts out of state anymore because they can't fill t hem from out of state anymore. That's ok, so I picked up all meds that were sent, with the exception of one individual medication. They said it was too early to be released by 2 days. No problem, I'll come back in a few days. 2 days later, after not getting a text or notification that it was ready to pick up, I call them. Now they say, We can't fill anything from out of state as of the first of the month. I know, you told me that a few days ago when I picked up the bulk of the order that was ready. When you first informed me that next time I see the doc, to have then sent IN-state(I live on the border of one state and work in the other). You let me take the rest of the batch 2 days ago and now there's a problem!? Fine, I don't have a problem following the law. Just let me know when you figure it out! I know it might take a while. There have been maybe a handful of times I was able to go in, get the stuff my doctor sent them and leave without incident. They are a terrible place to fill meds, but I'm sure they're not much different from any other place. These techs like to pretend they're doctors, insurance reps, or cops who try to bust you for doing something illegal. It's complete BS that I have to go through this S EVERY MONTH!!! It would be cheaper, faster and almost easier to go to Mexico and buy them illegally!!! I'm just sick of ignorant people who like to have a power trip. I guess it's the only authority they have in their world. No wonder I need to take meds in the first place! ? They should give out Xanax to anyone who has to deal with filling at Walgreens in the first place!

Starting out I’m 100% disabled. Can’t afford the comforts as most have like a cellphone, able to drive, and etc. You advertise pharmacy is open late till 9pm weekdays and for the reason why I chose doing business with y’all, but for the last 4 months I’ve come to pick up my prescription traveling over 20 miles one way to only find out you’re closed!!! This is at 4pm due to no pharmacist on duty. Then have to wait till the next day trying to find a ride up there again and in putting me in more pain not knowing if you’re even going to be open or not. Hire another pharmacist or STOP FALSE ADVERTISING!

For one this store is always so unprepared for any kind of business. Also with Walgreens in general have never had to deal with the amount of disrespect that come from this store. Why is it when you need something important or in need of anything in a hurry. No one seems to care nor do they go and help in any way?!?This store can cancel everything I have at this location and i will not be returning to spend any of the hard earned money we have to work for.

Staff deserves the world. Had to go in to get some photos printed and I forgot my wallet. The employee was kind enough to pay it for me on their own card so I didn't have to run home.

Low quality people and the photo center is a joke. First off, the cashier Donna was extremely rude and very unprofessional. I waited two hours for one hour prints that weren’t ready for pickup when I went in to pick them up. The lady Donna rudely gave me half of my order and walked off to her register and told me to check out at the front as I was trying to check to see if my photo order was correct. After waiting in the cashier line to check out, I told her I didn’t have all of my order and she walked away from the cash register leaving me and about 10 others in line to go back to the photo center and came back and told me she didn’t see the rest of my order in her kiosk as if she couldn’t even believe my saying I had another part of my order. I don’t know that she actually even went over to look, because I ended up having to just call back in to the store and ask to speak to a supervisor to get confirmation that they did in fact receive my full order and that he was able to locate all of it. I thanked him and got off of the phone thinking I’d pick up the next day since it got so late by this time. The Donna lady ended up calling me back and going off on me about the situation when she was in the wrong. When I came back this morning to pick up the rest of my orders, I had to wait around a bit before I was met by a different associate of the store at the photo counter who also really didn’t know what she was doing. They really make Walgreens look bad. Sad, sad, sad.

Do not carry an over sized purse, bag or back pack in the store. Their very judgemental folks working there! I have seizure disorder , ride a bike & carry a back pack everywhere I go. I have to have a way to get my purchases home! I thought the lady was gonna have a heart attack!! The way she carried on about my back pack..I also have enough respect for myself an the place of business to leave my bag at the counter while shopping! In this case I wasn't even given enough time!

This is by far the worst pharmacy my family and I have ever encountered! The automated phone system is a joke and their system to automatically refill a rx is completely unreliable as well. They currently are and have always been horribly understaffed!!

Special thank you to the employees working there on this day. Mom had an accident waiting in the car for her prescriptions and the staff was very respectful, polite and kind. Thank you for not making my mom or me uncomfortable in this situation.

as if you needed another reason to hate walgreens, this store is absolutely the worst, they have no idea what they are doing, thats why it takes so long. They lie to patients and caused a huge mixup when the only problem was them.

Takes hours to get one script filled for a sick kid. Totally unacceptable. Drive thru was backed up into the driveway blocking traffic.

Idk why all the bad reviews some people are just inpatient but I have had good experience’s’ here compared to are other local pharmacies, Henry Roberts tried to always say my insurance wasn’t going to pay for certain things and charge me full price and this has never happened at Walgreens and they have always had meds ready in a timely fashion in my opinion..
