Terrible place. The staff is great but the post master can’t seem to call anyone and is never there when I need to talk to him. I have had a package scanned in and immediately returned to sender without ever making it to the truck. Cost me $10 to have them re ship it when it was the correct address and everything. Another package got returned but never left Ardmore post office to go back to the sender so put another $55 on that item that’s lost. Left two message for post master about those two instances and nothing. No contact. Now I have my dogs bark box that’s showing it was scanned in on April 17th and it’s the 26th and still no sign of it and no more tracking updates. Why do you keep doing this??? Where is my stuff and why can’t my things get delivered!!!

I have 3 packages that were supposed to be delivered over 5 days ago. I haven't seen them. They said "delivery attempted and will try again on the next business day" that is a complete lie. I'd really appreciate the things I worked hard to pay for but clearly that is WAY too much to ask from this place. 0 stars if possible because this isn't even close to the first time this has happened.

Shoutout to Amanda. I just moved to town and I’ve been to this office twice. She’s very helpful and she’s really sweet. I know they probably get a lot of unwelcoming guests but they do really well with helping the guest with whatever they can.

They have horrible service. I have had a package on hold at this location for 6 days already. I have called countless times and there’s been no answer AT ALL. I don’t know what to do anymore. I can’t get through to them!!

Terrible postal service. No one wants to do their job, and when they do, they don't do it right. Packages days late, broken products, rude couriers, lazy postmaster, and altogether another waste of the money Unlce Sam gets to garnish from my paycheck. USPS used to mean something, but now, they're just as big of a joke as the president. So fitting.
