I am giving the service 3 stars only because I came in for a tire rotation and when I received my truck back, the center caps were just wedged on there incorrectly, causing the clips to be broken and the caps to be loose. No big deal at the time. Then I lost one while driving. That’s where the 5 star customer service comes in. As soon as I noticed one was missing I went back to the location and talked to Ruben and he was more than happy to order me a new one and make sure the other 3 were on there well enough that I would not lose another. Thanks Ruben.”
“I was traveling and had a flat right before lunch. I got it changed and headed to T&W hoping they could get me in fairly quick. Within about 10 minutes they were looking at the tire. It couldn’t be fixed and I had road hazard at another tire store so I couldn’t do anything with them. They didn’t charge me anything and had me back on my way in less then 30 minutes. Highly recommend”
“Great place. Amazing owner I only had $20 but needed a tire mine was flat and would not hold air. The man told me to give him the $20 and for me to bring back the $15 I owed him when I had the money.”
