I don’t think I’ve ever had the greatest experience at any establishment then I have at this T-mobile location, not only did they go above and beyond for my fiancé and I, from making sure we had the best time waiting while we set up our new phone from our old ones. They made sure time was spent laughing and having fun. Trenton was amazing with answering any questions we had, on top of Cindy taking the time to place 2 new phones on hold for us. 10/10 would recommend! Thank you guys for the great experience!!

They couldn't help me with my issue due to me letting my ID go out of date but they still tried as much as they could and were really nice. I look forward to going back when I get my ID renewed and knowing they will resolve my issues then.

Lady was knowable, I have issues with my SyncUP DRIVE.... IT DOES NOT NOTIFY ME ON A DISTRURBANCE ALERT..AND STILL DOES NOT...NOT SATISFACTORY PRODUCT... DID I MENTION SYNCUP IS NOT A GOOD PRODUCT.

This place will only allow you to get two of the T-Mobile Tuesday items, only if both lines are in two separate phones and both phones have the T-Mobile Tuesday app open at the same time....And even then, they will still deny you the ability to claim a second one for another person by saying.That the second person that you went in to claim for has to be physically in the store.

I have been a customer with this company for years the only reason why I changed it is only for the stuff the worst service ever was today ! The girl with a tattoo on her neck was very impolite ! 6 months ago I asked to close my account because I wasn't happy with the store not the T-Mobile company ! I really liked that company that's why I stayed for years with them but not the service at this store they didn't close all the numbers on my account even though I asked it ! I realized they were taking money from my bank with the autopay service for smth that i never used and I called the customer service of the T-Mobile first and they asked me to go to a T-Mobile store with un Valid ID so they could confirm that i was the same person But the girl with the tattoo on her neck Was so rude she didn't know how to do her job she invited me to go out of the store ! I have worked in place where you have to do with customer for years the very first rule is put a smile on your face and live your Personal problems out of the job ! I will go in Oklahoma City in another T-Mobile store so in this way the store can confirm to the customer service of T-Mobile that I'm the same person and get my money back and honestly I'm so happy to do one hour drive just not to see her again ! I can't put no star at all for me this store is thumbs down ?”

Saved my life !! Activated 2 phones i couldnt do over the phone after spending 5 hours on the phone they fixed me up in 5 minutes!! I love the manager she was amazing!

Walked in on Wednesday, great in person customer service! Things turned bad quickly!! I was quoted a price for product and activation. They told me to go ahead, pay activation (seems backwards, right?), they'll mail me the product. I should receive in 1-2 days. After paying activation, no product was available for the quoted price, only double or triple cost!! I asked for refund, paid cash. Told I had to contact customer service to get refund. Customer service kept telling me she would credit my account or put it back on my card. Again, paid CASH, and wanted to terminate any account due to misinformation. Supervisor was MUCH MORE HELPFUL. He called the store, manager agreed I could get cash refunded on Friday. This took 3 hours from time I walked in, to the time the Supervisor had a resolution for me. Paul was awesome. I walk in on Friday, can't refund me, different day than transaction occurred. Called Customer service AGAIN. 45 min later, got my cash, left the Sims card there. Today I get a bill for mobile internet WITHOUT ANY USAGE. I called customer service, and they still have my account activated, AND kept trying to push the no longer wanted product!!! I am EXTREMELY PUT OUT AND FRUSTRATED WITH THE ENTIRE EXPERIENCE. Fortunately, customer service DID say they saw there hasn't been any usage and will forgo the bill as well as terminate the account for me.

The actual people here was great they did everything they could and was allowed to do. TMobile it self isn't so great calling and chats for their support is a horrifying nightmare and you'll for sure be paying a extra 100-200 dollars or just outright losing your device. from day one never got the offered promotions for joining never been allowed upgrades for the entire time I've been with TMobile been years now just to keep service working you have to contact their support monthly otherwise you'll go days even weeks without any cell service for where you live at even. With 5g and 5guc areas youre only getting on average of 50-80mbps several weeks of less than 15mbps. I would recommend this store just not TMobile. They refuse to help resolve or fix service issues in areas that have been reported on multiple times for over a year as well they use tactics to distract you and to get done with you asap they have timers like fast food restaurants majority of them are not even technically inclined enough to walk someone through any advanced troubleshooting outside of did you unplug it and plug it back in. Non of them was capable of comprehending extensive network diagnostic tests logs indicating they had network issues in first place.If they're you're only option this store is great. But I recommend avoiding TMobile at all costs.
