Our Company uses the printing services a lot at the Ardmore Staples location. Olivia always goes above and beyond for our company. She gives us EXCEPTIONAL customer service every time and always does it with a smile on her face. We can't thank her enough for the time and effort she puts into helping us!

Terrible - the young man at the print counter did not disclose the charge of $21.84 for express print services. I asked why I was being charged this, and he stated because he was already working on a job and stopped to print mine. My basic, double sided, black and white documents that I could have hit print on the copy machine but decided to ask for help. Also, the pricing online of .19 cents per page is not honored in the store. I asked for their rate card for services and he told me they don’t have one. I pulled up the staples print center online fore the Ardmore location to show him the pricing. He then told me if I wanted to do it that way, then go ahead. Took the already printed documents, threw them in the shredder, and went and sat down behind the computer. Very rude, dismissive, a lack of customer service, and upfront pricing. I’ve used this store for printing needs, school supplies, and other office supplies and have never experienced such low grade treatment. The manger was going to wave the express fee but it turns out the documents I need printed we’re copyright and he wasn’t able to reprint for me, which is not his fault by any means. He tried to resolve the situation.

This store keeps a pretty good in stock amount of items, and if they are out ordering for delivery to your home is a breeze and you can do it right at the register. The staff is friendly and knowledgeable about their products and services. Definitely will return.

Commie masks required. They got upset when I told them I will take my business elsewhere. My company spends thousands a year in staples but that just came to an end. GFSF

Helpful staff.All staff wearing masks correctly. Hand hygiene appeared to be taken seriously. I was very pleased that they even have large signs requiring masks of customers. It’s great to see a business taking the health of the community seriously!

Will not be forced to wear a mask. Unless it is state mandated I will not do it just because a store employee tells me to. Sorry, I will shop elsewhere or go to Amazon.

I always go here. As soon as I walk into the store. They say do you have a mask umm no should not have to wear it if I don’t want to wear it. The workers have them on so they are fine. Not a big deal

Horrible, worthless employees! Every visit for the past 1.5 years have found consistently lazy and unhelpful staff and after 4 times of trying to self-print job each time staff just hitting some sort of reset and NEVER ATTEMPTING to help I gave up. Take your business elsewhere or buy online. Hopefully if this pandemic has any consequences it will be to shutter Staples in Ardmore or at least clean house!
