Went there yesterday to get red permanent hair dye and the lady said it would work perfectly, Did it today and NOTHING. It washed out and made me look horrible... I've never had bad experiences like this but this one really pissed me off....

Incredible customer service! Every visit I find knowledgeable, helpful, and friendly service. I’ve been shopping Sally’s for decades in many different states and this is a top notch store, I plan to shop here always, as I prefer this brick & mortar over online. Thank you for the great service!!

I can't say enough great things about the associates currently working at the Ardmore Sally's. I am uncertain as to what the lady's name is who's been there for years (I believe she's the manager) but she has ALWAYS been so wonderful. She's consistant with her desire to assist in helping customer's find the right product needed for the desired outcome. She's Always greeting every customer who's in the store. If she doesn't catch you as you 1st walk in she will certainly welcome you with her friendly smile and offer her assistance if you should require any before you have left the store. She's knowledgeable about all the product available in the store's inventory as well as items outside of Sally's. She is truly a great lady and hands down one of the BEST assets the company has which I hope Sally's corporate people acknowledge that as well and take care of her appropriately. Then there's another associate who is following in her footsteps as becoming a Sally's Customer Service Rock Star. I believe his name is Sam and let me tell you, this young man has seriously got some unbelievable patience and an index full of product knowledge in his brain. He eagerly showed me the best product for each desired look I was wanting and what I needed to obtain the best results for other issues. He went as far as to even explaine why each product would be the best solution without ever getting irritated or annoyed with my 100 questions, and the scenarios I had for each (atleast he never showed he was). I recommend you ask for Sam anytime you need some great knowledgable and honest advice. Especially when you want help from a friendly, personable, patient, fun and generous with their time sort of personality.

I buy specialty products here like salon-brand hair products and curling irons. They also have a large selection of nail products, hair-cutting scissors and electric trimmers, etc. The staff are very knowledgeable and helpful with finding what you're looking for and making suggestions.
