“The staff at 580 was amazing! I broke my screen while on vacation and after checking another repair shop, they were unable to get the screen needed for repair. I took my phone to 580 and they were able to overnight a screen and had my phone repaired within 24 hours. I would definitely recommend them for any repairs needed!!!”

“Went in to pick up the new iPhone 17 pro max. The one in stock was unable to be sold because it was mistakenly sent to this store instead of the one it was ordered from. So, there were 2 managers and one gentleman from corporate that thought of sending one of the managers to the store in Madill to get another phone that could be sold to us. They got it and brought it back and was able to sell it to us, while also waving the activation fee, for our troubles.
To me, they went above and beyond providing us exceptional customer service.

“I don’t think I’ve ever had the greatest experience at any establishment then I have at this T-mobile location, not only did they go above and beyond for my fiancé and I, from making sure we had the best time waiting while we set up our new phone from our old ones. They made sure time was spent laughing and having fun.
