Veronica actually made the whole experience for me. I just went in for some business looking heels and when I went to pay the customer service, conversation, and atmosphere she created was wayyy above average. That is a star employee right there! She needs a raise. Going in I didn't expect much but great employees make the store so much better.

The staff is extremely rude. Went to return PJ with the receipt, and the ladies tried telling me they didn’t sale the brand, but I bought them 2 days before at that store. Then she was rude because my kid took the tag off… and made a huge issue about it. Which I only had 2 items on the receipt that could be it, and she rudely snapped when I tried to show her. I will NEVER shop that location again. Customers behind me said they were rude as well. Maybe fire the staff and hire actual customer service people and not rude old women.

Terrible store management. My 80 year old mother had to make two 60 mile round trips to get a refund on defective shoes while being treated like a criminal. And she had to call the corporate office who were not much help, and told to just go to a different store and try there. My poor mom had to print off the company policy from their website and take it to the store manager and show her the policy. The manager was rude the whole time and the other employees were apologizing for the manager’s behavior. Once the manager realized her mistake she still had the audacity to tell my poor mom, “Well, we’ll do it this time, but not ever again!!DO NOT BUY ANYTHING FROM THIS STORE. THE MANAGER DISRESPECTS THEIR ELDERS AND ARE JUST GENERALLY RUDE.And if the company puts a reply below, DONT BELIEVE THEY CARE…THEY DO NOT. JUST ALL FOR SHOW.

Horrible customer service!! Last time I will ever go there the customer service rep was very rude told the lady in from of me that it wasn't her job to find her receipts and to move over so she could get the rest of the customers. Worst experience I've ever had at a retail store

I've been in OK 2yrs now and still can't get use to nickel and dimes stores being so expensive in OK...it's crazy! The store is much smaller than those in CA before they went out of business.
Still, the store is very clean. I've always loved Penny's and I will shop with them. Plenty of parking. Public bathroom.

When I entered the store, I was told 5 minutes before the store closes. As soon as it struck 7pm, one of the ladies was on the speaker saying the store is closed and to bring any items to register. At that point, I just put my item up and decided not purchase it after I heard the ladies giggling about what they just did. I made sure to let them know I had been in the retail business before and that they were very rude. I have been a long time customer but I will not be doing any of my shopping at this JCP. So these ladies cost the business a sale and future sales for this store.
