My sons prescription was suppose to have 5 prednisone tablets and there was only 4! Might check your prescriptions before you leave and get home or leave.

I have been a customer here for many years. I have always been treated kindly and greeted with a smile. Most times I receive a text saying my meds are ready for pickup before I get out of the Drs ofc parking lot! The only time I might have to wait a while is the first of the month when every one is busy. They do their best. And if they are out of a med, they will find who has it for me. I will continue to give my business to these great folks who treat you like family. ❤️

They are apparently not capable of letting you know certain prescriptions than can .no longer fill because of your address but can fill my other 13???? Hmm

I have been a customer for a couple of years and tonight I was very disappointed. I went in 6 minutes before closing, apologized for being last minute, after entering the store a young woman yells across the room “NAME AND DOB?”. I’m so flabbergasted at this point? I come in and the young girls are giving very childish energy making faces. The young woman says “haha I seen that” as another girl made a disgusting face. I’veworked in a bank and it can be annoying when customers come in last minute but a closing time is set and you do your job and have customer service skills NO MATTER WHAT. it literally took two minutes for them to give me my medication, it was not that serious. As I’m leaving another man walks in and she also yells at him “NAME AND DOB?” All upset. SMH I will be switching pharmacy’s asap!

The customer service is horrible and if you try and address the customer service they will drop you from their service. It’s a sad company if you can’t have good customer service

I am totally impressed! I called today to explain the urgency of having a prescription for anti-seizure medication filled when another pharmacy could not. The tech found the prescription which had been re-sent by Mercy Hospital ER (Thank you!) She said the medication would be ready for pick-up within 15 to 20 minutes, and it was! Thank you, so much for EXCELLENT customer service!

I have been calling around seeing if any local pharmacy has my medication. They informed me they do have it in stock, but can not fill my prescription as I am not a customer and they aren't taking any new customers. They were polite, but I figured I would try and save the next person the time as anyone reading these would be new customers.

I was impressed with their program for children's crutches, so I moved my prescriptions over. I was disappointed to get home and discover I have no syringes for my kid's suspension medicine. Check your bags before you leave.

Most times are okay whenever I go through here. Usually pretty speedy, buttt most of the interactions I have with the clerks are negative. I went today and got stank-faced by a short clerk name Emma as I was driving away. I then went inside and she was equally as hateful inside as she was in the drive-thru. Do not recommend.

I have used this pharmacy for years. They have always been great. There have been a few times I've gotten a message for a script but technology isn't always the greatest so I don't blame the pharmacy. I will always give them 5 stars. Don't judge all your experiences on one bad experience. We are human n make mistakes. Family owned business are the only way to go✨️✨️✨️✨️✨️
