Customer service - 5 stars
I am giving the service 3 stars only because I came in for a tire rotation and when I received my truck back, the center caps were just wedged on there incorrectly, causing the clips to be broken and the caps to be loose. No big deal at the time. Then I lost one while driving. That’s where the 5 star customer service comes in. As soon as I noticed one was missing I went back to the location and talked to Ruben and he was more than happy to order me a new one and make sure the other 3 were on there well enough that I would not lose another. Thanks Ruben.

All the guys working here (Ardmore, OK) are great! I had an issue with a nail in my tire. (repairable) they repaired and rotated by tires, all for free and set my TPS to the correct tires. I had to come back two days later and have them check the tire they repaired. After checking it out they came to me and said, "We stand behind all our repairs and we can't do any more for this tire. They said we will put your spare on and order a new tire on us! Just come back tomorrow afternoon and we will have your new tire mounted and balanced!!! How is that for customer service!?! That tire cost $354 new. BF Goodrich KO2 Thank you Discount Tire! I am a customer for Life!

I was passing through town on the interstate and discovered a tire losing air. I pulled in to Discount Tire and in 25 minutes my tire was repaired for free! Friendly staff and a comfortable clean place to wait.

Saturday August 3,2024 we were traveling 1-35 on the way to Norman Ok when we lost the tread to one of our cargo trailer tires and it twisted and ripped the fender off. We pulled into Discount Tire Ardmore Oklahoma. Lyle the front counter manager got us all set up with a new set of tires and we were on the road within 45 minutes. Lyle informed us that since the tires were 12 years old even though they still had good tread we were at risk for having a blowout or accident. The tires weaken with age. After discussion on our options we chose to replace all the tires. Discount Tire very efficient, friendly and professional.
