CVS PHARMACY and store is a great place to shop. Fast friendly service every time. My favorite drug store to visit and pick up what I need

As a CVS’ Pharmacy patron today, waiting… waiting…waiting…I watched how a senior adult was treated. It was not only mean, it was unprofessional.Mr. Pharmacist, if you can’t substantiate helping a customer with a complex pharmaceutical cost issue because it doesn’t equate with your pay — get another job. It’s literally, ‘just not worth it’ to all of us.I will assure you, the ole’ Oklahoma working-man in overalls who stood before you — the one you humiliated in public — could probably teach you a ‘thing or two’ about the value of hard work and manners.

An individual named Laura assisted my mother over the phone. She hung up on her, was extremely curt, and did not provide the information requested. Awful experience.

THESE ARE THE MOST HATFUL PPL IN PHARMACY, DONT CARE ABOUT THE CUSTOMER AT ALL, and neither does the manager I won't be back and you get no stars, except for the one they make you put to post?

Cannot keep prescriptions straight, don’t automatically call doctor for refills and lead pharmacist just ignores customers. Amazing anyone uses them.

To echo the other sentiments, terrible service. Lack of care for humanity. Go somewhere else. Anywhere else.

CVS is my choice for prescriptions because of the pharmacy dept. The pharmacist is always very nice and super helpful.

A terrible CVS. A few months ago, I got turned away because they claimed my insurance wasn't accepted even though it's a very common carrier and the website says it's accepted. Today, we made an appointment for a Covid test and arrived to get turned away because they don't do those even though the website allows you to make appointments???An awful pharmacy and CVS

We made an appointment online for a vaccine at the Ardmore store and received the confirmation email. When we arrived early for the appointment, we were told that the pharmacy was closed and wouldn’t open again for the next two days. When I showed the cashier my appointment confirmation I was told that “they weren’t connected to that online service.”

This is hands down the worst pharmacy in Ardmore. It is also the worst CVS I have ever used. The hours are terrible and you may or may not be able to get your prescription filled. I have always used CVS and used this CVS for about 5 years during which time it slowly declined until I couldn't get my refills leaving me out of medications for days. I will never use this location again.

Waited over 20 minutes at the pharmacy drive thru for my medication. They need more than one person in the pharmacy, wasn’t addressed properly. Pharmacist is more worried about other things than the person that were here first. Won’t be coming back.

Plan on waiting not hours but days for your prescription, the girls are doing the best they can being so understaffed I’m thinkingShame on CVS, they have been fined by the state and I guess they haven’t learned anything from it.

The WORST CVS! After sitting in line for an hour, the pharmacist is very rude!! They don’t answer their phone. There is a reason this CVS has a 1.7 rating!

Made a Covid test appointment for 3:30 at this location. I drove 2 hours as it was the nearest from my home with availability. When I showed up, I was told they can’t give me a test because they don’t know how. The fact that they have access to the scheduling list and do not call those that made the appointment to tell them that they cannot do the test is beyond me. Who knows where else CVS is doing this to people.
