Yes they are a bit shorthanded but the customer service in pharmacy is much better than what you will receive at Henry Roberts. CVS has mature employees that think outside of the box. And are not racist like that other place. Steven in the pharmacy at cvs goes out of his way to help with the customers

So, overall, my experience with this store could have been better if the employees were more experienced in working with customers who are attempting to purchase items using their CVS OTC Benefits through their medical plans.
I took the time to print out the required bar code for the cashier to be able to scan to use the $50 quarterly benefit that I am entitled to. Once getting to the store, I made sure to pull only the items that were blue labeled stating that they were OTC eligible. I did also attempt to buy some non-OTC items as well (Drinks).
I presented my items and paperwork to the cashier where she scanned everything and then scanned the barcode, and nothing registered for payment. I attempted several times to tell the cashier that the paperwork stated the barcode needed to be scanned PRIOR to the items and was ignored upon her multiple reattempts to prepare my transaction.
I ended up paying out of my pocket for my items to avoid the embarrassment of leaving my items behind despite my tight budget I'm on currently since a long had begun to accumulate. This OTC benefit is one of the reasons I chose the plan I had because I thought I could come to this location and be able to use such a useful benefit.
I would like something to be done about this as I should not have had to deal with this level of pressure and embarrassment to buy my qualified items using my personal money, and anxiety from feeling and hearing other customers' understandable frustrations from having to wait on me while I was trying to help your employee and being ignored. My husband ended just telling me to pay so we could leave the tensing situation.
I would still like be able to shop and use my benefit in the future at this location, but something really needs to be done training wise regarding this store before I'll choose to do so again.

As a CVS’ Pharmacy patron today, waiting… waiting…waiting…I watched how a senior adult was treated. It was not only mean, it was unprofessional.
Mr. Pharmacist, if you can’t substantiate helping a customer with a complex pharmaceutical cost issue because it doesn’t equate with your pay — get another job. It’s literally, ‘just not worth it’ to all of us.
I will assure you, the ole’ Oklahoma working-man in overalls who stood before you — the one you humiliated in public — could probably teach you a ‘thing or two’ about the value of hard work and manners.

An individual named Laura assisted my mother over the phone. She hung up on her, was extremely curt, and did not provide the information requested. Awful experience.

THESE ARE THE MOST HATFUL PPL IN PHARMACY, DONT CARE ABOUT THE CUSTOMER AT ALL, and neither does the manager I won't be back and you get no stars, except for the one they make you put to post?

Cannot keep prescriptions straight, don’t automatically call doctor for refills and lead pharmacist just ignores customers. Amazing anyone uses them.

Needed a script filled but also needed to drive to Dallas from OKC. I had my doctor call in to this CVS. Takes a few hours to get to Ardmore from OKC so I figured that would give em time to fill it. Arrived at 1:20 and was told it's not ready and they were about to go to lunch. I get it...people need breaks, deserve lunch breaks, etc. It was just surprising they didn't seem to care about me or my situation, and didn't even pretend to care. The CVS locations I go to in OKC are very fast, accommodating and friendly. The weren't necessarily unfriendly at the Ardmore location, just slow and didn't seem to really care about the customers. Just not customer-focused like I'm used to with CVS.

To echo the other sentiments, terrible service. Lack of care for humanity. Go somewhere else. Anywhere else.

CVS is my choice for prescriptions because of the pharmacy dept. The pharmacist is always very nice and super helpful.
